  1. Sieglinde Tamura
  2. Dead Apostles
  3.
  4. Stats
  5. STR: B
  6. END: B
  7. AGI: A
  8. CAS: A
  9. PRA: A
  10.
  11. Personality
  12. A disinterested Dead Apostle. Much prefers reading and simply chitchatting rather than actually doing anything vampiric. Nevertheless she’s rather selfish and will suck a person dry provided they’re “trash, unfit for society”. As a Dead Apostle, she preys on the homeless and those in asylums. Would rather pretend she’s a normal person, but life won’t let her.
  13.
  14. History
  15. Very recent Dead Apostle made back in 2000. Got bit while walking out at night to go buy video games. Always wanted to have a normal life but has found it to be irritatingly ruined. Wants revenge on dumbass Dead Apostles. So she killed the DA who made her and stole his shit. Taught herself hyper rudimentary magecraft, found out she had amazing circuits. The culmination of improbable circumstances.
  16.
  17. Perks
  18.
  19. Blood Lust
  20. Cost: Free
  21. For reason or another, you need to, from time-to-time, suck the blood to sustain your fighting ability. This need is constant, and will never go away. If you keep on periodically sucking the blood, there is no chance, but each day you go on without sucking blood, one of your attributes is lowered by 1. However, even if you go for some time without blood, and then suck once more, all the attributes are restored. However, each time you suck blood, your prana is replenished by 30 units. Those half-bloods whose need is tied to the blood can take this Perk for free.
  22.
  23. Solar Weakness
  24. Cost: Free
  25. Vampires only. As you are a true vampire, you are harmed by sunlight, and cannot act normally during the days. Whenever in sunlight, your attributes are all lowered to D. However, during nights, you are more powerful than normal human could hope for. Three additional MP points.
  26.
  27. Tales of What is to Come
  28. Cost: 20 AP
  29. Though you do possess the ability to someday manifest your own Reality Marble, that day is not today. It might not be even in many years. However, that does not mean that your Reality Marble does not exist. Some part of you has become able to manifest a part of your Reality Marble, though miniscule it is. Within the range of 20 AP, create an Ability based upon your supposed Reality Marble.
  30.
  31. Vampiric Abilities
  32.
  33. Curse of Restoration (Rank A)
  34. Cost: Free
  35. The ability to reverse time itself to cancel the wounds the possessor has been inflicted with. The greater the wounds, the longer and harder it is to use this ability. Though all wounds can be healed with this, it depends a lot on the rank of the ability and the size of the wound, how long this will take. E ranked Curse of Restoration may take weeks to heal an injury that consists of almost destroyed arm, for example. That is why many Dead Apostles make sure their abilities are up to the par to take on even most dangerous attacks.
  36.
  37. Golden Eyes of Enchantment (Mystic Eyes, Rank B)
  38. Cost: 15 AP
  39. Mystic eyes under the classification of “Golden”. With these, it is possible to enchant humans completely under your will. Only those with PRA of same rank can hope to fight against the effect, and only those with PRA of one rank higher or “Extra Resistance” Perk can shrug it off completely. The rank of these Mystic Eyes also affects how many people you can control at once with these eyes. A sign of very traditional Dead Apostle.
  40.
  41. Spells
  42.
  43. Reinforcement (6 AP, Rank C)
  44. A basic spell she taught herself to be a little bit better, really. Raises one stat one rank.
  45.
  46. Magic Missile (6 AP, Rank C)
  47. Magic missile! Weak homing projectile.
  48.
  49. Zap Button (8 AP, Rank B)
  50. A bolt of lightning meant to stun except Sieglinde will never ever cast it correctly. So upon hit, lowers AGI two ranks with a side of zap damage. Debuff lasts 5 turns.
  51.
  52. Ordinary Day (Rank A, Tales of What is to Come)
  53. A raw, incomplete sort of Reality Marble that promotes the denial of the supernatural. A touch-based “spell” where Sieglinde forcibly draws on her own soul to attack the target, wanting it to conform to her deeply held notion of an “ordinary life”. The spell uses a type of double-check on both PRA and CAS. If CAS is equal or higher than the rank of Ordinary Life, abilities can be used as normal but deal reduced damage by two ranks. Otherwise, the abilities are sealed. However, Ordinary Day is the forceful injection of an internal world inside another, and thus A Rank PRA or Extra Resistance can reduce the damage reduction by a rank. Perks such as “Deadly Martial Arts” also qualify under the “supernatural” because they are the results of upbringings incompatible with the common life in the suburbs.
  54.
  55. However, as Sieglinde herself is a vampire, she has grudgingly accepted it as a part of her own “ordinary life”, thus, all vampiric abilities cannot be sealed. In addition, perks that are inborn or “natural” are not affected either.
  56.
  57. Lasts five turns.
  58.
  59. Equipment
  60.
  61. My Awfully Suave Vest (45 AP, Rank A Formal Wear)
  62. A very nice vest that has been enchanted massively, among other things. Halves the cost of Vampiric Abilities and boosts physical damage a rank. The vampire who formerly had it found her abilities to be too prana intensive, and this was born. Sieglinde considers it a novelty more than anything else, but does admit she finds it rather fashionable.
