There appears to be a "plausible explanation" as to why it does not seem as though the officer used his gun which is because apparently it was the other officer [further away from us] who shot him. Of course - the point still stands - we see proof of nothing (even less so if that's the case - and just how many would see the footage and imagine the nearest officer did the shooting?).

  15. While the point remains valid if it is asserted that the nearest officer did the shooting (but the official story is that he didn't) then what's being pointed out risks becoming discredited.

I am writing this based on just now having read the following comment (link after) [I bolded the relevant part]: _"Was not in the head, *and the cop that shoots is the one less visible in the video, not the one near the head, who seems not to shoot*, as you can clearly see from the video. Anyway this is execution, the cop who shot should be jailed for life, the other out of service for life since he didn't prevent the other one from killing the black guy."_
