New York sex trafficker need help

Help please. Filed numerous reports to ICE, as well as local police but they don't seem to care.

-Delivering illegal drugs(mainly ice) upon the request of the brothel owners.
-Providing illegal loans to the sex workers who are in need of fast cash for drugs and gambling.
-Driving the prostitutes to casinos and promoting off-site prostitution (luring the prostitutes for a night out at the casino and making them engage in prostitution which wasn't in their plan and, taking extra money from them aside from the cab fee)

- TD Bank: 196-41 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11358 (seen last time using the drive through ATM at Friday 06/15 4:50 pm)
- Pay-O-Matic (Western Union)    3511 Farrington St, Flushing, NY 11354 (regularly sends money to S korea)
- 120-15 25th Ave Flushing, NY 11356 (muti-occupacy home in which his significant other resides (probably mother) unit number unknown)
