intent of wanting to return to the Cabal."
You tell Amnar, "Mm, of this I'm aware. I'm told he let you know that you're on the
blacklist."
Amnar tells you, "He told me that. Also made it known to me, that getting my name off the
blacklist, would be a council matter, for the Cabal."
You tell Amnar, "You are of course aware that the Cabal demands loyalty."

You tell Amnar, "And you are also aware that everyone is given a finite number of chances
to show that they can demonstrate loyalty."
Amnar tells you, "Eleanor, that was decades ago, when I was hardly focused on giving
loyalty to anyone other then my work."
Amnar tells you, "People and mindsets change, and I've had many, many years to go through
with that."
You tell Amnar, "A decade isn't all that long when you've lived almost twenty of them,
and you squandered every chance you were given."

You tell Amnar, "The decision isn't even in my hands. As you requested, the Commissar put
your plea to the council. They refused."
Amnar tells you, "That would have been nice to be told beforehand, instead of being
redirected to you."
You tell Amnar, "I imagine the Commissar felt you would be more satisfied with the word
of the Conduit on the matter."
Amnar tells you, "I weigh his word next to anyone else, regardless of rank."
