{Strengths} He is very resourceful, and extremely good at finding things. His intelligence also often proves handy. He is quite the exceptional flier once in the air, and takes great pride in the aerial tricks he preforms in his free time. His conflict resolution skills are also quite good.

{Weaknesses} He often struggles with thinking ahead, preferring to make his decisions based on what will give him the most satisfaction in the moment rather than what will be good in the long run. He can be paranoid, and he is very easily manipulated when scared. Physically, he is very light and not the strongest fighter.
{Biggest Fear(s)} The general being injured stuff, but in particular, being poisoned. People knowing a lot about his personal life. The thought of being manipulated or lied to.

{Biography} He was born in Silva Avium, a forest of only avian races (such as kenkus and aarakocras). SilvAvians are known for their oftentimes old-fashioned beliefs, so when he was given the opportunity to move away from the ""traditional"" (read: homophobic) forest, he of course jumped on the prospect of a more accepting environment. His upbringing has caused him to be quite scared of being open about his sexuality and emotions, which is all the more exaggerated by his naturally paranoid personality.
{Personality} Dev is quiet, but clever and mature. He is easily frightened and slightly distrustful of people at first, but he often proves quite interesting after making friends with someone. He doesn't like people knowing a lot about his private life, which makes him resistant to open up.
