Looking for a decent vps in hong kong with good speeds to europe
Hey I am looking for a decent vps or cheap dedicated with good speeds to europe mainly france/uk. The ones i have tested so far are only getting 1mb to my european servers.
I understand its a long way away but is there any other options to get around 50mb + .

Is your main market Asian, but you want good speeds to Europe as well? I'm trying to work out why you'd want a server in Hong Kong if you're trying to optimise for European visitors.

What kind of traffic needs 50 mbps between your server and visitors in Europe? Some kind of CDN may be the right solution, but it depends what you're trying to do.

Well, You simply don't find a VPS or server in Hong Kong it good latency to Europe. You'd either host in Hong Kong and use a CDN or choose a different geographical location, if you need to deliver content to Europe.

The content I have is geolocked to hong kong so I need the server there and the people using it are from europe. If that makes sense

You probably won't find a solution that has good connectivity to most Europeans -- that's very dependent on their ISP. Another route you could go is to have a HK server and a EU server (with a good connection between the two) and then serve your users from EU.

Not with HK unless you are willing to pay more for more bandwidth. It is expensive.

You will need some load balancing for EU and this can add cost again.

I have a budget of around ￡150-300 a month , if thats any help.
