The nice thing about being the president is that you can actually DO something about all these serial killers, by funding the appropriate detectives to track them down and bring them to justice. Now, that's not to say everything was roses. These serial killers were, as it turns out, inspired by a certain individual who made it their mission to destroy me and everything I stood for; to put it more properly, to destroy America. And this simply could not be permitted to happen.

Somewhere along the way, some immortal vampire tried to conquer the universe and was stopped by a certain Joestar, but honestly I had my hands full with all of this. And apparently The Funniest Valentine was ALSO president, I'm not quite sure how that worked... not that it gave me any more free time, considering I was running all over the place putting out all the fires. And I could have sworn that there were Eldar somewhere in that mix.

This is such a bizarre world.
