  1. Name: Lambent 'Rads' Cascade
  2. Gender: Female
  3.
  4. Race: Goo Pony
  5. Racial: Goo: passive; Being made of goo and slime has a load of benefits. You're able to fit through small areas, you can squeeze through cracks, and you can store things inside yourself. You can choose to form yourself as a pony, stay in a more blobby shape, or swap between them at will. In combat you have DC-1 to free yourself from grapples and other physical binding and restricting effects.
  6.
  7. Racial: Gelatinous: passive; You take greatly reduced physical damage, but are more exposed to the elements. Weapon and untagged attacks deal 1 less hit of damage to you, but spells do 1 hit more.
  8.
  9. Class: LandKeeper
  10. Special: Miracle Grow: You seem to have a talent for nurturing just the right plant for the job. On success, rapidly grow anything from fruit, to poison, to bioluminescent mushrooms, to climbable vines!
  11.
  12. Combat Talent:
  13. Focused radiation: by treating a target with the full blast of bio-rads, rapid deep healing can occur.
  14. - Using self sacrifice, heal one wound for every hit point over their maximum you can heal. (EX: 7 hits to heal, 5/5 regains 2 wounds via overheal.)
  15.
  16. Noncombat Talent:
  17. Radiant lighting: Dim light up to 5ft emits constantly from Rads' body, allowing limited vision in the dark.
  18.
  19. Hit/Wounds: 5/5
  20.
  21. Skills:
  22.
  23. Free: Child of Gaia: passive; You gain a +1 bonus to all skills when fighting in natural environments (e.g. Forests, natural caves, etc,).
  24.
  25. (1) Elemental Totem: unique, recharge 2; You have a strong connection to the natural forces of the world, and can call on their aid. You can place down a totem that lasts for the rest of combat to passively apply one of the following effects to all applicable targets in your zone.
  26.
  27. -Water: Sprays a light mist, shielding allies from 1 status effect each turn.
  28.
  29. -Fire: Showers embers on your foes, dealing 1 hit to all enemies.
  30.
  31. -Air: Blows strong winds against enemies, causing them to deal one less counterattack damage.
  32.
  33. -Earth: Raises roots from the ground to channel life energy, healing non-helpless allies for 1 hit each turn.
  34.
  35. (2) Self Sacrifice: automatic, recharge 3; Channel your energy out to your allies. You distribute your Max Hits+2 across your allies however you please, but you are rendered helpless.
  36.
  37. Weapon:
  38.
  39. Rad ball(ranged): A glob of irradiated sludge, formed and hurled towards a target
  40. Ranged: passive; You can target characters in any Zone provided they are targetable normally. Unless your enemy also has a Ranged Weapon or a Prism Catalyst, you will not take counterattack damage (aside from Crit Fails) if you are in a different Zone from your target.
  41.
  42. Aimed Shot: weapon; Take aim on an unexpecting target. If this is your first attack on your target this combat or if you have not dealt damage to them in the past 3 turns, then this skill becomes Automatic and deals 3 damage.
  43.
  44. Lead Plating: typically carried as shielding for passers by when bio-radiating the soil, the heavy metal can be used as a means of protecting oneself when propped up correctly.
  45. Guard: passive; A shield always helps stave off attacks, even if it’s not readily held up. All counterattack damage you take is lowered by 1.
  46.
  47. Brace: weapon; Rush to a close by ally’s side and help them stand against an attack. When an ally would take any type of damage, you can use this to cut that damage in half on success. You can also use this on yourself, but only against enemy attacks and not counterattack damage.
  48.
  49. Catalyst:
  50. Bio-radiation: Rads emits a constant glow of magical radiation. the effects of prolonged exposure are unknown, but the immediate effect appears to accelerate growth in the immediate area around her, causing wounds to close and plant life to flourish with unnatural luster.
  51.
  52. Inventory:
  53.
  54. Bits: (50)
  55.
  56. Lead Plate: a rectangular plate of thick metal, used to shield nearby ponies during a burst of radiation. sturdy enough to be used as an impromptu shield.
  57.
  58. Heavy Tarp: weighty, dark green tarpaulin cut into covering, with a hood for the head. thick enough to block the glow from Rads' body with some mass shifting.
  59.
  60. Cooking Kit: All the essential tools for cooking on the go, including a hotplate, utensils, cups, plates and cutlery for preparing dishes.
  61.
  62. Ahuizotox Synthseeds™: A large sack filled with packets of synthseeds, Reprocessed plant matter regressed into seed form. Conveniently labeled, synthseeds mostly grow to as-stated versions of the plants depicted on the packet pictures. Results may vary.
  63.
  64. Ahuizotox Agristand™ Emitters: A bundle of four silver stands, each topped with equipment to aid in agricultural growth. Safety protocals have been manually disengaged.
  65. Water: A vertical mister, overclocked to rapidly fill a space with misted water.
  66.
  67. Fire: A rocket mass heater, rapidly circulating air into itself to send embers into the thing it faces towards
  68.
  69. Air: Industrial fan. An eye tracker has been welded onto the system, allowing the fan to aim towards nearby designated targets, throwing aim off and shifting weapons fire from the air column.
  70.
  71. Earth: A low-set radiator, filled with mass from Rads. slowly emits bio-radiation into the surrounding area, triggering the healing effects at a slower clip.
  72.
  73.
  74.
  75. Traits:
  76.
  77. A strange creature, likely the result of some form of Ahuizotox chem dump taking shape due to radiant magical effects. Besides the shabby tarp for clothing and a constant, unhealthily green glow, Rads is a pleasant pony to be around.
  78.
  79. Using the effect of her bio-radiation, she moves from place to place, taking work as an Agricultural assistant for various grow ops and farm plots.
  80.
  81. A young, naive creature, Rads moves wherever her help may be needed. She is an easygoing being, not prone to anger or ruminating over small matters, spending more of her effort healing the plantlife she comes into contact with than worrying over grand machinations or megacorp shenanigans. In short, a kind soul but one which the city can easily devour.
