  1. Currently known enemies that drop cosmetics:
  2. Rift Guardians (some, not all)
  3. Uber Bosses (Currently, The Merciless Witch and The Soul of Evil are known to drop some cosmetics)
  4. Certain Unique Bosses (purple names and a custom description, e.g. Crabbs)
  5. Act Bosses (The Butcher, etc.)
  6. Menagerist Goblins (new goblin variant)
  7. Mysterious Chests
  8.  
  9. UPDATE: A new goblin has been added, known as the Menagerist Goblin. It drops cosmetics.
  10.  
  11. UPDATE: This YouTube Video has 19 of the 20 new pets that were added. Presumably, Liv Moore does not appear to drop from Menagerist Goblins, rather they may drop from a unique enemy in Act 1.

  294. Really impressed to see Blizzard adding stuff like this for free to hunt for in the game. As exciting as it is to find an upgrade th increases my damage by 1.2% it's also fun to find stuff that makes my heroes look cool.

  321. I like them, i really do, but i don't like the way you get new pets/wings essentially for free.

  323. Till now you get new pets/wings with collectors' editions, blizzcon tickets, season journey or mastering all the set dungeons.
  324. They are hard earned rewards or premium content for something on which you spent money.
  325.  
  326. In the next patch they'll become common drops, a new collection completed in a week or so.
  327. I'd like to keep earning pets/wings as rewards.
  328. An example can be wings from a rift guardian if you complete the rift in under 3 mins and defeat that specific rg.

  355. Cosmetics are actually what I'm most excited about this patch. Wing, transmog, and pet hunting will give a fun secondary goal during the grind.

  362. I mean with the insane PTR magic find rate I've only gotten one transmog item from the Rift bosses so far and one set of wings from 4 Uber runs. I think they'll be pretty rare.

  370. I got a yeti pet from a New goblin variant in the overworld.

  372. I think it was a reskinned treasure goblin with much whiter skin and wearing dark blue cloth. It definitely was NOT wearing any armor.

  417. Infernal Maiden drops a sythe like transmog think it was for staff . It was called The reaper's Kiss
  418. Lord of Bells on cow rift , drops a polearm transmog called Man's Prodder
  419.  
  420. Wings of Kokabiel dropped for me on the Magda uber boss ( realm of regret )
  421. The skeleton king on Uber diablo fight seems to drop the Star Pauldrons
  422. Got the Second Quinquennial Sword from Development Hell , Josh Masq. elite mob .

  424. The Pet goblin dropped for me a pet called "Lamb" -> small kid holding a wooden sword
  425.  
  426. Adria drops the Osseus Grasp wings ( white bone wings )
  427. Normal Magdhda drlops Lord Culsu's wings
