Ian or Chief may I impose and ask a quick question(s)? My few pre law classes failed to sustain my legal inquisitiveness.
When money is stolen is the threshold from misdemeanor to felony is $300 dollars? I know 10 thousand is a felony but what is the monetary number determining the two?

Also, if one (hypothetically) was stealing money and someone was aware yet signing documents to abet the stealing what would that charge be? Larceny? Forged document?  Someone asked me these questions and I promised to find out. Thank you and have a great weekend.
