2. hidusbf (only works for wacom)
for untweaked system tablets does NOT scan EXACTLY every 133hz
luckily we have a software by SweetLow that decreases that interval

2-1. install patch
run Setup.exe
click Install Service
reboot

2-2. filter tablet in patch
run Setup.exe again
choose your tablet (should be plugged in)
click FilterOnDevice
select 1000 (or other settings for higher rates, read README.2kHz-8kHz.ENG.TXT) in the drop-down menu
click Restart
 * if tablet dies work afterwards
 * disable Secure Boot in BIOS
 * run the following command in Administrator mode CMD: bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF
 * reboot
 * your tablet should work
if you changed tablet USB port you will need to repeat 2-2

2-3. test
run mouserate.exe
move around the cursor with tablet
Current Rate should show numbers tightly close to 133hz (200 for intous4/5? idk)

- Negative LOD bias: OVERRIDE Allow (UNSURE)
