Kameraadschap (=literally "comradery", the state of being pals, buddies) - friendship
Kameraadschap is formed on a rather occassional basis e.g. in a sports club, class, etc. where you incidentally get to know each other. When the activity is over, the kameraadschap will end as well. Thus, this is not about the long term. Kameraadschap is not eternally lasting and brings merely superficial knowledge of the other with.

It is a rather superficial relationship in which serious problems are not discussed. The emphasis lies on fun and a pleasant environment: e.g. doing sports together, together in the same classroom, going out together. Kameraadschap is therefore also very easy to show on the outside. Kameraden (pals) don't stick together out of sympathy for the uniqueness of the person but rather because you just both happen to do the same activity together, have the same interest."
