  1. This isn't gonna be anything too set in stone, since I've been really appreciating the more relaxed pace I've been going at so far this year, but I wanted to list off some of the things I have in mind.
  2.
  3. I also want to remind people of Speedrun Marathon Arizona (SMAZ) happening next weekend, which I'll be flying out to and running Crash 2 GO Abuse in. More info here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jQjligavyq7dsko6q4nEGlRXBpqtUcrVa0Ud2gLWRd0/edit
  4.
  5. With that being said:
  6.
  7. CRASH 2:
  8. For now I'm pretty satisfied with both my No GO and my GO times. I'll probably come back to them at some point, because I think I'm fully capable of either a low 42 or high 41 in No GO and a 38 in GO. But my goals were 42 and 39, respectively, and I met both, so for now I'll keep them as is.
  9.
  10. For 100% my goal is now further than sub-1:20. I proved a while ago that I was more than capable of that, but recently I've pushed myself enough where I think I am capable of getting a 1:17 (and have even been on pace for it a few times before something late game screwed me up). I honestly think I could go even further than that and push for 1:16, at which point I think I would be truly satisfied. For now though I'll aim for 1:17. Not sure when I'll go for it, but it won't be until after SMAZ, because I don't want to have my muscle memory for GO get mixed up with 100% during the marathon. I also plan on submitting it to the 1545 this year.
  11.
  12. I also want to do some more NG+ 100% because I think it's neat. I always love when sequence breaking like that occurs.
  13.
  14. 100% is the only category where I have a rigid goal, but I don't know when I'll focus on it, mostly because of what's next:
  15.
  16. CRASH NST:
  17. I am REALLY enjoying NST again. The six month break probably helped a lot, but I've also gotten it running well on my computer again (in a rare moment of clarity, I realized that I hadn't dusted the inside of it in a long time, and once I did everything started running smoothly again). For the first time ever, I am also getting to play it without there being someone who has a bone to pick with me, so for once I can actually go at my own pace, which is helping to not stress me out.
  18.
  19. I'm not going to return to every category though. I am pretty done with C1 Any%, C2 Any%, and C2 100%. I don't enjoy any of them and have almost no desire to run them ever again. I'm more or less fine with where I've left C3 Any% after this week as well, but I wouldn't say I'll never come back to that one. My primary focuses are going to be on C3 108%, C2 102%, and C1 105%. 108% is by far my favorite category in the game, and the main one that I really want to improve at. 102% isn't one that I care for as much, but I think if I get out of the early game it can be a lot of fun, and it's the one type of run that OG Crash 2 can't give me that NST Crash 2 can. 105% I think is in some dire need of love, which may be in part due to the fact that in the past several runners (including myself) have shit on it, talking about how bad it is. I did a 180 on my opinion of it several months ago (when I got my current PB), so I want to give it some attention. It might be more repetitive than All Gems, but that can be said for every full completion category, and I think that also gives it more room to evolve. All Gems might happen here or there, but if I had to pick one to focus on it would be 105%.
  20.
  21. CRASH 1 AND 3:
  22. I don't have any real plans for either of these games, but I like 100% and 105% enough that I could see myself going back to either at any point. I don't plan on submitting either to the 1545 unless they really need runners for either. And I have no interest in going back to Any% or No IG; I tried for both and just found them both to be dull in comparison to their full completion categories.
  23.
  24. CTR AND CTR NITRO FUELED:
  25. I'll probably do a couple more CTR Warpless runs down the line, because I think that run is incredibly fun. When CTRNF comes out, I will likely pour a lot of time into it. I don't know if that means I'll do runs for it, but I would like to give it a serious attempt, and if I end up really enjoying it and being good at it, I'll probably consider submitting it to AGDQ 2020. At the very least I think I'll probably play a lot of online.
  26.
  27. A HAT IN TIME:
  28. I really really want to come back to this game. I stopped because it was frustrating me a lot (during a time where my mental state was in a very bad spot), but the recent DLC reminded me why I love the game as much as I do. The route has also changed dramatically, removing a lot of my least favorite parts of the run, due to the new DLC shaving minutes off Any%. I'll have to sit down and relearn this game practically from scratch, but this is something I want to do soon.
  29.
  30. OTHER GAMES:
  31. I know I always mention other games I would love to learn that I end up putting off, so I will just say that I don't have any definitive plans. I know I have constantly teased Jak 1, but that was at a time where my PC couldn't run A Hat in Time (which is my preferred non-Crash game), and I have a lot on my plate that I still want to do, so for now I'll just leave things like that, Spyro 1, Twinsanity, etc. on the backlog.
  32.
  33. That's all I have planned for now. I want to thank everyone who continues to stick around, watch my stream, and support me. After everything that's happened in the last few months, I was having a hard time trying to tell who I could and couldn't trust. My last pastebin got a lot of positive reception, so I'm glad I was able to speak my mind and let people know the truth. I'm ready to put everything involving that behind me now, and just move forward.
  34.
  35. And I hope you guys will continue to be there as I do.
  36.
