Obtain a Class-D individual. Assign the Class-D a number between 1 and 1000. Have Class-D do 5 laps around the room. Then do an eye test with Class-D. Afterwards, lie them on a bed and ask them the following:

Question 1. Have you ever felt depressed?

Question 2. Have you ever considered suicide?

Question 3. What is your common emotion?

Question 4. Are you happy here?

Question 5. Can you describe yourself?

Question 6. What do you think of us?

Question 7. What rank do you want in the SCPF? (Do not mention)

After asking these questions, ask the Class-D to remember the number they were assigned. Then, tally up Class-D behavior to obtain overall medical state. If subject is deemed Unstable, terminate them. If subject is deemed Stable, then take them back to their cell.
