- I ground up like 8 or 9 tbsp flax seeds to make 1 cup flax meal, dump into a bowl.
- Add:
- 2 tbsp whole flax seeds
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Mix dry ingredients, then stir in 1/2 cup water.
- Roll flat on non-stick surface.
- THE THICKNESS COUNTS, I got like 90% perfectly crispy crunchy crackers, but 2 or 3 squares near the center were a little thicker and more soft and bread-like. FLATTEN THEM LITTLE SHITS!
- Score with the back of a knife, bake 20 minutes at 400F!
