  1. I ground up like 8 or 9 tbsp flax seeds to make 1 cup flax meal, dump into a bowl.

  3. Add:
  4. 2 tbsp whole flax seeds
  5. 1 tsp pepper
  6. 1 tsp garlic powder
  7. 1 tsp onion powder
  8. 1 tsp basil
  9. 1 tsp rosemary
  10.  
  11. Mix dry ingredients, then stir in 1/2 cup water.
  12.  
  13. Roll flat on non-stick surface.

  15. THE THICKNESS COUNTS, I got like 90% perfectly crispy crunchy crackers, but 2 or 3 squares near the center were a little thicker and more soft and bread-like. FLATTEN THEM LITTLE SHITS!

  17. Score with the back of a knife, bake 20 minutes at 400F!
