Escrocs: blue/green/black. somewhat gruesome faction/community that makes food out of things most people would recoil at, like bugs, organs, maybe even people. You've got a card here with a guy butchering a giant beetle for meat. That's potentially a lead-in. Zombie cupcake, zombie chef, brain food etc could all be part of this wedge. 'Creepy/gross food'. Has a little bit of Munch. Very medieval/low tech. Name means 'scroungers'.

Capricieux: white/black/green. you look at the white-green and the white-black card and that's a picnicker and an 'artisanal patissier'. So maybe the abzan faction are artisans and people who enjoy the outside world and eating outside, but both of the actual figures in these cards look a little creepy and fey, so there's an element of faerie food and The Curious Creations of Christine McConnell. They're also probably the community that makes mechanical objects out of food. Name means 'whimsical'.

Enpointe: blue/red/white. modern. Coastal community. Has all of the people who dress in a 'modern' way, mod-cons like fridges and properly equipped modern kitchens. Humans/merfolk/cephalids primarily? Probably has stuff like rudimentary tv and radio, feels like modern 20s but probably should be no more than 1950s/60s in actual tech level. Probably going to be where la bagarre du siècle is held. American-Japanese fusion cuisine predominant? Name means 'cutting edge'.

Dursacuire: green/blue/red. has goblins? run by a council. Has the Munch keyword so they're not picky about what they eat. Very much a 'play with your food' kind of community but also not necessarily a 'fun' community. Could also be the community for werewolves, trolls, etc: all of the weird/rough fantasy races. Presumably if there's a council they are more like elders or shamans. 'The tough guys' generally speaking. Probably eat ridiculous stuff like fatty melts and triple baconaters. Name means 'tough guys'.

Conduiredur: red/white/black. probably has demons. And elementals, they probably drive their human chefs hard (see: panicked baker). Also has the Munch keyword so there's this very threatening element there of 'make good food or you/your stuff gets eaten'. Demons and elementals on top, sous chefs and indolent rulers with finery and upper class, Gordon Ramsay style management of the kitchen. Probably generally feared by the other four communities. Name means 'drive hard'.
