I don't know how effective my comments will be since many of the members in ICC are themselves in A&D (and even though I respect some members like MrBattleControl and GeralsTarrant), I really do not respect others like virtual_vitrea.

In my opinion, .com needed to have one strong responsible military clan or weak, but still responsible, small clans. Unfortunately, we have A&D, which is an irresponsible strong clan.

Some things which A&D did and which iteratively resulted in the deterioration of lordswm community -
1. Accept EW members and help the .com community to get rid of a strong MC. This shrank .com from 3 living MCs to 2.
2. Peach EFL and other clans' players. Sending recruitment messages when a player belongs to another MC is strictly not cool. Look at the history - when Jedi wanted to found his own MC, Pat himself evicted him from EFL so he could do what he wants. This is how a player is supposed to take leave from a MC. A&D recruitment policies are unethical.
3. Forming clan alliances with non .com clans. A&D should have formed an alliance with EW or EFL or LoS.

It doesn't matter to me whether we have facilities or not. I will remain by my leader and my clan's side till the end. But I am concerned about our community. .com didn't deserve a clan like A&D. Our destiny has been harsh on us. But what has been done has been done. A&D has managed to shrink the .com community. I hope Jedi can still get some sense in his head and stop being selfish & short-sighted.

I still have hopes for Jedi and A&D. A&D contains some very sane-headed members (especially the newly inducted members from EW, some of them are the players I respect most). Moreover, Jedi is originally from EFL. I hope EFL has been able to influence him somewhat in the limited time he was with us and for an EFL members, selflessness for the greater good comes first. So, I am confident he will come back on the right track and use his clan and his player profile to help the community :))
