  1. Itsuki, Enoshima arrives to the training place with Bostar, Song. The first thing she noticed was all the different training weights around the place, she was ver impressed of the place. Enoshima tries to pick up one of the training weights, but she is not capable of lift it up. Looks like she needs to start with the light training weights. "Itsuki Muranaka? Oh! he is my relative. Maybe he could teach me more about our famil traditions. Thank you for show me this place. I will give it a good use to become more stronger." {1}

  3. Now finally alone in the training place. She decides to start her training, she starts warming her muscles to avoid any injuries. Enoshima begins to stretch her arms, then her legs. She begins to move her shoulders in circles for some seconds and then her head to make the muscles of her shoulders and her neck get warm. With every movement of her body she keeps a constant control of her breathing. Keeping a good control of her breathing will make her dont feel fatigated that easily. {2}

  5. Enoshima begins to feel her body much more hotter and sweaty that means that her warming exercise was a sucess. Enoshima looks around the place for some light training weights, once she find them she grabs then and puts it around her ankles. Enoshima wanted to train her legs first, so she sits on a bench and begins to lift her feets. She begins to say: One...Two...Three...Four...she keeps doing that for some minutes paying attention to her breathing. {3}

After some minutes Enoshima begins to feel how the muscles of her legs begins to burn because of the training she feels a little of pain, but she knows that the a little of pain was always a good sign that the training was working. Even when the muscles of her legs hurts she is not even tired, since chilld Enoshima was always a person that strangely gets tired. She was blessed when she born with a great stamina. {4}

  9. Enoshima wears off the light training weights of her ankles, to let the muscles of her legs rest a little. She drinks some water to keep her body hydrate and recover just a little more of stamina. After two minutes of break she looks picks up the light training weights and wears it around her wrists. She moves her arms slowly to first make her body adapts to the extra weight, she does this just for some seconds. {5}

  11. Enoshima adopts a basic combat stance and begins to performs some jabs to the air. Everytime she punches the air she yells with energy "Kya! Kya! Kya!" This way she will keep herself mentally motivated and will feel much less fatigue of the training. The drops of sweat flies on the air everytimes she strikes. She keep doing this for some minutes until she begins to feel the mscles of her arms begins to hurts. {6}

  13. Enoshima finishes this part of her training. She takes a deep breath to recover part of her energy and slow down her breathing. Surprisingly she was still not feeling tired, looks like the rumors of she being a tireless woman were true. Enoshima takes off the light training weights from her wrists and prepares herself for the next part of the training. But first she will take another little break of one minute. {7}

  15. After the break minute she looks around for some weights. The decides to start with the weights of 33 pounds. She grabs one for head hand and begins to lift them slowly, keeping her back straight and her head firm. She release her breath everytime she lift the weights and takes a breath everytime the light weights goes down. She keeps doing this for a long time fifteen minutes should be enough {8}

  17. Itsuki, Enoshima feeling like new after her hard training she stills does not feel tired but she was hungry, so sadly she had to stop her training for now. She walks towards the ramen shop and orders a Miso Ramen. Part of have a good training is keep an balanced diet. Once she finishes her her ramen she decides to order a natural tea to keep her body well hydrated. "This food is delicious! I feel like a new woman" {9}

  19. Itsuki, Enoshima decides to go to the mountain in the village. Once there Enoshima got the idea of climb the mountain while she was wearing light training weights on her ankles. Enoshima takes out the light weights of her pouch that she got at the gym and puts it on her ankles once ready she begins o climb the mountain very carefully. She pays attention to her breathing that way she will waste less stamina in the training. {10}

Itsuki, Enoshima continues climbing very slowly she pays closely attention to the rocks that looks loose to avoid them, she does not want by accident use one of these rocks to climb and fall down bacause of it. She can feel how her hands has started to shake already because of the fatigue but she only has reached the half of the mountain she cannot look back. {11}

  23. Enoshima takes a deep breath trying to gather a little more of stamina to continue her climbing. She continues and accidentaly she feels how one of the rocks that she uses to impulse her weight and climb gets loose and she begins to fall. On the falling she is able to hold herself grabing one of the rocks this cause her to smack herself against the mountain wall and get some bruises in the process. {12}

  25. Enoshima keeps climbing she feels how her body has started to sweat because of the constant training and the stress of put he life at risk doing this. The fatigue makes her light weights on her ankles feel more heavy and it makes her feel like the gravity were more strong because of her fatigue. The sweat on her hands make it more difficult to climb too because the rocks become more slippery. {13}

  27. After some hours Enoshima finally were able to reach the top of the mountain. She is so tired that even breathe is something exhausting for her right now. She lies on the floor and begins to watch the clouds in the sky while she let that her body recovers of the training. She knows that rest is something important in every training. Without realizing it she would have fallen asleep within minutes. {14}

  29. Itsuki, Enoshima decides to continue her training, she feels that she has not improve lately, this makes her feel a little upset with herself, everyone has been improving their skills. She has not learned any technique yet. Enoshima puts her light weights on her ankles and starts jogging around the village for a while to warm her muscles. {15}

  31. After that she would go to the beach at the west side of the village and will practice a little of her punches and kicks while she is wearing her light weights. She will gets in positions and will start punching the air like if she were fighting against an invisible foe. She will start with an simple jab, then an uppercut and finally another jab. {16}

  33. Gasping alittle, but feeling her body full of energy still. She decides to try to surprass her limits. She will do some basic exercises, starting with some push-ups she gets in posicion and begins. "One....Two....*minutes later*..twenty four...twenty five....*another minutes later*....f...forty....f...forty one....forty two..." Then her arms would not be able to continue and she will fall to the floor. The light weights on makes her feel more tired and its more difficult to her keep training. {17}

  35. Finally she would end her daily training jogging around the village again, she needs to finish her training with an light intensity exercise to avoid any possible cramping in her muscles. Once she ends of run around the village, she will take a hot shower to relax her muscles and recover part of her energy. {18}
