- "But it's so much to---" he learned to shut up and focus by now, whinning about not being able to do something was not going to take him anywhere! He took another deep breath ,still holding his hand up in the air, focusing his mana to the very surface of his palm to then form an org of pure energy from within himself, he was attempting to keep it but ready and sustained rather than releasing it into the air, it felt taxing! And hard keeping it there for so long! He was so used to just fireing it off it became a habbit.
- Trying to keep the energy he held at bay, he glanced over to Boyd, hoping to not making any mistakes, but that was not the case, everyone was bound to make a mistake, just like Jinsei was bound to make one at this moment, but will such a tragic fate allow this to happen?! He kept his eyes ipon the energy alpha ball he had floating about over his hand, trying to first get used to this feeling over his energy to control some of it before he tried to decrease the amounth of power there was flowing within, making it at first unstable, but as Jinsei worked with it, it soon may of became stable only to sustain the energy slowly, but surely.
- He was waiting for Boyds judgement to see if he has sustained it too much or too little.

- [00:04:54] Jinsei Silverwing: (should I roll a dice or something?)
- [00:06:36] Boyd Montblanc: Good, very well, I think you're learned enough, we'll start tomorrow.
- His eyes glances over to spot both Boyd , the king and Calvin at a distance, he continued to simply sit down at his post, thinking about the future here in Frostvale, his home since birth. So much he wanted to do once he had became a Nivis, leading was one of the first of those things, but then there was the shot of becoming better than he is today, he wondered just what his friends were up to, wondering where everyone was going to do today in the grand kingdom of snow and dragons.
- He figured that he'd not waste time just sitting down right now, he took out his blunt edge sword , he figured he'd go for a warm up before things had gotten too serious today and get him off guard. So he did some arm streches to ease them and such, then drawing out his sword to raise it above his head and swing downward, trying to work on both speed and power with himself. He continued to do this for a total of 100 swings, not too quick and not too slow but they were all focused and directed mentally.
- He tried to think less about his swings and tried to make them all a feeling or intent of his own will. Thinking too much in a fight can lead to ones failure and undoing. So he tried to use instinct in this case, swinging the blunt sword vertically and upwards even, trying to learn to be a better swordsmen and fighter. The snow flakes in the air were his targets.

- Being belittled he felt like it'd take forever to tap into the latent potential his inner energy had to offer, the child continued to focus on making this energy as Boyd desired , increasing the very pace of its formation but his focus was increased as well, he didn't want to mess this up, he was determined to atlease make his teacher proud for all his hard work, he didn't want to be a waste of Boyds time, and soon the sphere would come into perfection, the boys flaw being his low potency on magic influence to damage the area maybe, since he was so passive , he didn't truly look towards such destruction with magic aside enhancing his own ability.
- With the sphere coming into perfection after a while when he once broke a sweat, he closed his eyes for a moment, waiting for Boyds words to what he has done. Hoping it was enough .

- Stepping over and patting Jinsei's shoulder he would step away from the crowds and letting Jinsei have a clear, and proximally safe, shot to hit Boyd. "Strike me with it, send it into my hand." Boyd's left arm extended, open palm.
- He himself was an energy mage, so to do this meant he didn't have any fear of what could happen if even for a second he doesn't displace it properly. "How powerful is your magic. . .Let us see." Knowing the potent energies within such a blast, and even one of that size, couried with it, His olive hues looking at the boy-pupil.
- Focussed, ready, and oddly enough it seemed he let his mana rest, remaining dormant as he steadied himself, right leg dug in to the ankle in snow, he knew this was going to push him, this was an attempt to minimize how far, and to really absorb the full brunt of Jinsei's magic, Boyd himself was fairly surable, so he wouldn't get much worse than a broken hand out of it, probably, unless Jinsei were secretly stronger than Turry.

- Soon turned towards Boyd with what he had said to him, for Jinsei to fire off this sphere towards him, he was all for it mentally ,spiritually and physically . However the gods would not be on his side for this one. Must of been some form of bad luck but he had failed at pushing Boyd back weven the slightest with his sphere of energy, to him it felt like he was not trying hard enouhg.
- As if he didn't cast the energy like he meant it! "I'm not so great at magic..But I've been studying!" he claims, slowly getting better with magic over time with help from others, maybe if he stopped swinging his sword around, he'd get much better at the arts of magic..Jinsei began to focus for the next round, his eyes settled upon Boyd with much confidence within the next one, charging it up, his internal energy being kept at a balnance, he did not wish to fail his teacher today or ever!

- Here it came, the attack from his pupil, as orderred. The familiar glow of energy, raw mana, the chi of his student, the sphere wasn't that particularly impressive, only bigger than the one Jinsei first practiced with, the distance short, preparedness kept him safe.
- The split second the fired blast took to reach Boyd, a fizzle came, as it became clear why Boyd was so confident, the reflexive activation of an energy shield, perfectly displacing the full force of the blast not on just his fingertips and palm, but throughout the entirety of his arm, as it bubbled over trying to continue it's rapid forward motion.
- Boyd's snowy anchor began to crunch, the audible sound of snow pushing back and compressing, unmistakeable, two feet, three feet, four feet, slowly pushing, and slowly losing it's kinetic energy.
- Seven feet, eight feet. The barrier finally wore off and Boyd started feeling the singe of energy mana, it was fortunate that his arm was entirely coverred, the damage would be nearly all concealed from his pupil's eyes, whatever extent there was.
- Nine feet, the pushing stopped, and Boyd stood holding the blast in his hand as it slowly returned to it's smooth spherical shape, he'd actually caught it, rather than endure it. "Excellent, it seems you understand it well enough. . . give me a few minutes to recover as that barrier did take alot to negate all of the damage coming into my arm, I'm a bit exasperated." A fifteen second barrier, holding back a full alpha blast, it was fortunate that Jinsei didn't opt to wield the omega blast, far more potent than the alpha blast.
- Discreetly culring his hand and releasing the curl, he knew that it was very minor at the worst, something that a brief time spent using his own healing magic would mend.
- (Boyd Montblanc)
- As he stood there, his hand releasing some steam from the fired attack, he didn't notice the barrier Boyd made to defend himself against the attack with , Jinsei was proud of his achievement, but he didn't get cocky at all, he was merely confident . He stood there and waited for Boyd as he was told, once he heard that it was a barrier, he raised a eye brow wondering just how good and handy it'd be to have a barrier of his own one day, he was maing progress towards mastering his next energy based attack but no one learns these sort of things within an instant.
- He smiled though, he got an Excellent from his teacher, he was more confident in training and fighting at that.
