  25. All Systems, Full Power! (Pre-Battle, 0 AP) - Eggman may give one of his machines built using “What EVIL Intention Should I Use This Time?” to a target allied mercenary, including himself. The mech will immediately be considered a valid target for abilities, with the traits listed in the “EVIL Intention” ability, separately from the mercenary it is attached to, though it is still considered both an assist and a vehicle to the target mercenary. However, the mercenary cannot be rostered if the mech they are given’s upkeep would be over the tier limit, unless the target mercenary was already paid down. Mercenaries will be told by Eggman how to operate each mech, but will not have the opportunity to try it before battle.

(Passive) - If a mech created using “What EVIL Invention Should I Use This Time?” is targeted by an ability or the mercenary it is attached to using “All Systems, Full Power!” is rostered, the mech will break down during results, removing it from Eggman’s list of available robots. If this ability triggers, Dr. Eggman will receive a ‘Fatigue 1’ status out of frustration.
