there's nothing like the feeling of pure hopelessness.

it's almost invigorating. knowing that whatever you do, doesn't matter. endgame. it's over.

it's relief in cosmic form.

Maybe that's what H.P. Lovecraft was trying to convey in his Cthulu Mythos. Hopelessness is inevitable. There is no 'sane' and 'crazy'. At the end of the day, nothing what we do matters. Complete nihilism.

But isn't that sad too? Of course it is. All the people, all the happy, content people, making families and living the dream.

One day, they will wake up from the dream, and it will be cold and dark.

I must train myself to embrace Oblivion. Embrace nothingness. Because only then will I achieve a stable mindstate - nothing matters. Nothing.
