So the Advance Wars subreddit is telling people not to buy your game because apparently you scammed people:

Even if it was true, though, I'm still buying it, though the point that TM would likely be considered bad on First 30 Minutes tempts me into pause, but that's the fault of the TBS genre.

Besides which, the Advance Wars subreddit's membership have high amounts of pettiness anyway, something I will try to bullet point list.

[*]rwbonesy [URL=https://www.reddit.com/r/Advance_Wars/comments/7bpyso/pvp_unit_spotlight_aw4_medium_tank/dpnrhpy/]has continually flamed people while calling other people trolls[/URL].
[*]Xenesis Xenon provided sycophantic support to these people, in addition to harassing me on romhacking.net's Discord while claiming it was the other way around. [URL=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Ocg1084FUI]This[/URL] is the result, and I point out as much to a guy asking who the Patreon member making the request was.
[*]AnemoneMeer spam-responded to my posts exploiting reddit's innately busted idea for detecting spammers and then [URL=https://s25.postimg.org/xave3m70f/Anemone_Meer_Harassment.png]continually stalked me[/URL].
[*]And last and certainly least, lazernerd, the admin of the subreddit, informed a troll that he was reported and he would be unpunished for his trolling, thereby feeding the troll.

When I protested this general garbage, in addition to some other points of idiocy I didn't mention above, such as GoldenJoe24 claiming that literally I say is more obnoxious than anything in the community, [I]including GipFace's general material[/I], I got banned from the subreddit. [URL=https://pastebin.com/SxDi5xGY]This[/URL] is the post I was banned over--the only misquoting I do there is adding the "Life is not fair" line, but everything is on point and the aforementioned line wouldn't have been OOC for GipFace. And I will admit I said angry stuff. That's the point: that I'm pissed as hell to this day. You can tell how reddit thinks that registering unpopular people as outright spammers is a bright idea, even when the existence of the likes of yours truly proves it, and that the Advance Wars subreddit doesn't care, only wanting a scapegoat for the infighting that has continually plagued the AW communities. The subreddit earned the calling out. They're just unwilling to accept responsibility, as proven by how they censored [URL=https://www.reddit.com/r/Advance_Wars/comments/7h591s/advance_wars_1_rivals_advance_campaign_perfect/]this[/URL] under the pretense that there's no way I could have other people to post on my behalf, even though [URL=https://www.reddit.com/r/Advance_Wars/comments/7hm2pt/worst_mission_dor/]the video here[/URL] exists. In fact, BOTH topics actually are by people posting on my behalf.

Oh, and by the way, notice how GipFace wasn't ever banned for his toxicity? Even though what he was responding to was a post pointing out about the hawk-dove game. Also, have you noticed that as of posting this the Advance Wars subreddit members have not made any responses on WITG's video? Funny how they'll call anybody they want "chicken" for not playing by their arbitrary rules.

The only reason I can figure out how people like Gappy, Discord Gappy#2336 and reddit ID MarvelousGappy as well as Steam ID # 76561198060878303 , think that the Advance Wars subreddit are in the right is because people like that are, unto themselves, abhorrent pieces of shit determined to not hear counterarguments when their own arguments are swiss cheese as I explained on my comment about him on [URL=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Ocg1084FUI]WITG's video[/URL] (yes, rule of 3), because people like that have exactly the reason the Advance Wars subreddit's members cause problems: they want fun at any cost and they don't care who they hurt to get their way.

I got to particularly fuming about this since yesterday in the midst of reverse engineering Game Boy Wars 3, doing a tedious process of sorting the graphics bytes to make ASM navigation less painful. And besides that yes, programmers would clearly have difficult enough jobs, it's the arrogance of the likes of Wargroove's developers I take issue with; and that the Advance Wars subreddit doesn't give a damn, only interested in their arbitrary definition of "perfect" without putting in any damn effort to anything constructive; my frustration comes from the tedium not being worth the time and effort, because of scumbags taking control of the future of the Nintendo Wars series, including Battalion Wars, *AND* any Spiritual Successors.

This problem, that people will be gladly hostile for its own sake and trying to hide it behind a scapegoat, has to be stopped to permit the likes of Tiny Metal a chance at a bright future. This isn't blackmail. This is the truth, provided by a person who would want to make a Spiritual Successor to Battalion Wars, as well as provide structure to the new.
