Add a new admin

1. Select a Player: NONE
2. Saving Method: STEAMID \ IP ADDRESS
3. Admin Group: Admins
4. Set Time: Permanent > Time Menu
5. Nickname: NONE
    * Note: If nickname will remain NONE the name of the player will become the nickname.
6. Password: Off
    * A 4 number PIN if required
7. Removable: YES
    * If admin is not removable it can only be removed by specif admins with a specific steamid\ip address coded to the plugin.
    * This can only be activated by an admins with coded steam id.
8. Add Admin!
