If I finish something early, I'll just move on instead of waiting for the target time if it's reasonable to do so and the next item may take longer than expected.

* Noon: Katawa Crash
-> Play Time: 1 Hour
-> Description: A Flash game based upon the original "Nanaca Crash," this one being themed after the visual novel "Katawa Shoujo."  Similar to the original, you initially launch Hisao by choosing power and angle, and try to get as far as possible by utilizing a limited number of additional upward "crashes" for momentum and downward "crashes" to purposely bump into helpful characters.  Katawa Crash, however, supplies a much greater variety of effects to bump into and allows you to reach higher speeds, making the game more entertaining than Nanaca Crash.  Most of the game relies on luck in running into characters who will give you various boosts instead of detracting from your speed.

* 1:00 PM: Endless Marisa
-> Play Time: 1 Hour
-> Description: A Touhou spinoff where you play as Marisa against a slew of Alice's dolls - endlessly, naturally - vying for a stage high score.  It is a very basic game at heart, where you throw stars at the targets, but as things grow more hectic, clearing out more dolls by using charge shots that can take out several at once becomes more important, as does angling your shots properly.  A small variety of dolls do things ranging from being no threat, to chasing you actively, in order to drain you of your 5 hearts of health - at which eventual point, Game Over, and you see whether you beat the previous high score.
-> Goal: Just play and have fun.

* 2:00 PM: Hyper Princess Pitch
-> Play Time: 30 Minutes
-> Description: Mecha-Santa didn't give Pitch anything for Christmas.  Since this makes Pitch angry, she figures if she isn't getting anything for Christmas, no one should, so she goes to blow up Mecha-Santa and his army of elves - who, aside from Pitch, really do want nothing more than to just bring happiness to all.  Shoot and suplex your way through a few stages until you meet Santa, then give him a thrashing.
-> Goal: Awesome.
-> Seriously: Attempt to get the good ending.

* 2:30 PM: Th14.3: Impossible Spell Card
-> Play Time: 1 Hour
-> Description: An official Touhou spinoff game that is still canon.  Seija has started taking items from people, and they aren't going to take it sitting down - there's been an order to attack her with the most impossible danmaku they can muster!  Works in a manner similar to the photography games in that I select stages only when I'm ready, but is unique from any other game in that Seija utilizes items to avoid taking damage, or to attempt to kill the boss faster.  Different items help more against certain targets than others, but can you get an elusive no-item clear?  I will play the game in English.
-> Goal: Just do what I can for an hour.

* 3:30 PM: Th13: Ten Desires
-> Play Time: 30 Minutes
-> Description: Divine spirits are everywhere, and nobody knows what's even going on with it, so for the first time in recent Touhou shooting game history, *four* girls go to investigate.  Chat will choose my character if I have a decent number of viewers by this point (I'll make a StrawPoll).  This is the second-most-recent main game in the Touhou franchise.  I will play the game in English, and I will voice the dialogue.
-> Goal: Beat the game on Easy.

* 4:00 PM: Th14: Double-Dealing Character
-> Play Time: 30 Minutes
-> Description: Things are becoming smaller or larger, which a miracle mallet is evidently responsible for - but more importantly, those who were once tools are now gaining power and attempting to take over Gensokyo.  In addition, the three playable girls' weapons are acting up, and I can choose to use those and their unique abilities, or stick with reliable ones.  Chat will again choose my character - *and* my shot type - if I have a decent number of viewers (another StrawPoll).  This is *the* most recent main game in the Touhou franchise.  I will play the game in English, and I will voice the dialogue.
-> Goal: Beat the game on Easy.

* 4:30 PM: Chat Plays Lemonade Stand
-> Play Time: 1 Hour
-> Description: Lemonade Stand is an old Apple II game where the player owns a lemonade stand and must make day-to-day decisions regarding how many cups of lemonade to make, what to charge for them, and how many advertising signs to make - a very basic management game.  In this case, I've got a free Windows remake of the classic game that looks a bit nicer.  For each 5 game days, I will pick someone from chat (I'll see if I can't get Moobot's raffle function figured out) to make decisions for a bit.  Be careful - while a heat wave may mean you can sell more lemonade for a killer profit, rain could ruin everything, and you should be wary that road construction guarantees you won't get any business that day.

* 5:30 PM: Q&A Session
-> Interrogation Time: 30 Minutes
-> Description: This was voted on by chat; you wanted this to happen.  So I'll sit down for half an hour and answer anything you want to know, with a focus on chat; no game will be played during this session.
-> Goal: For chat to ask whatever they want.

* 6:00 PM: Mario 3 (Casual 100%)
-> Play Time: Just Under 2 Hours
-> Description: This was voted on by chat; you wanted this to happen.  So I'll do a complete run of Mario 3.  100% is defined as doing everything that can possibly count as a stage, including things like 2-Desert, 2-Pyramid, the Piranha stages in world 7, and all the Hammer Brothers.  I must clear every stage and fortress.  Rules state I'm allowed to pick up warp whistles to save time, but since I won't be warping anywhere anyway, and it will be casual, I will play whistle stages properly instead of picking up their whistles.
-> Goal: Chat gets to see me play stages I don't usually play.

* 7:50ish PM: Ace Brews Coffee for Viewers
-> Brew Time: 10 Minutes
-> Description: This too was voted on by chat; you said you wanted to see this.  So around this time, or whenever I'm done with Mario 3 100%, I'll brew a pot of coffee on camera for chat and describe the steps I'm taking in doing so.
-> Goal: Delicious coffee.

* 8:00 PM: SMB3Mix Blind Race
-> Estimate: No Idea
-> Description: SMB3Mix is a very popular Mario 3 romhack many speedrunners have played and recommend, so for the main event of the special, I will blind-race this game against at least Climbkid09 and FourTwentyBlazeIt, but others may participate if they'd like.  I've never played the game before (thus blind), so it's hard to say how long this may take.

* After That: 100% Orange Juice with Viewers
-> Play Time: Until I Can't Anymore
-> Description: 100% OJ remains very popular on Steam right now, and I figured I needed something in the special where I actually played a game directly with viewers, so despite my lack of OJ experience, I am going to figure out how hosting a room works, and play OJ with my viewers until I'm too tired to do anything else and decide to go to bed.
-> Goal: Have fun and chill with my viewers.
