  3. >You’re Nurse redheart
  4. >Its been a few weeks since you got here.
  5. >Here is Earth, apparently.
  6. >The last thing you remember happening in equestria, is you tending to a wounded unicorn.
  7. >You must've hit a nerve or something, because her horn lit up immediately.
  8. >The next thing you know you're in the middle of a forest.
  9. >The first thing you encountered was a feral dog.
  10. >You had nothing on you when you were teleported, so the best things you had to defend yourself were four hooves and set of blunt teeth.
  11. >The initial battle didn’t go so well for you.
  12. >It ended when an armored biped came to your aid.
  13. >It slew the dog, and the worst of your injuries consisted of a bloodies forehoof.
  14. >The armored creature removed its helmet, and bowed down to you.
  15. >The conversation went something like:
  16. >”I have slew thee vile beast who hatf attackith, ye holy angel.
  17. >Rather than correct him, you offered to help heal his people as gratitude for saving your life.
  18. >You almost lost your life when he brought you to his village.
  19. >All the locals believed you to be a witch in disguise.
  20. >They weighed you on a scale with a duck to confirm this.
  21. >You were heavier than the duck though, and however the test was going to work, it seemed to prove you were not a witch.
  22. >Its only been a few weeks and you’re already starting to wonder if you should have let the dog win.
  23. >These ‘humans’ are the most unhygienic creatures you have ever seen.
  24. >You actually vomited when you saw a human dispose of their excrement by dumping the bucket out the window.
  25. >In all your years of being a nurse, you’ve never vomited. It was a requirement to be able to see gore and brutal flesh wounds and not let it impair your work.
  26. >You’re grateful you can’t catch human diseases, or you’re sure you would have keeled over by now.
  27. >That still doesn’t stop the fleas or the ticks.
  28. >They keep you up at night, scratching and tossing over.
  29. >This place is a nightmare.
  30. >Every day you watch humans roll a cart out, pilled up with dead.
  31. >You’ve learned that these humans are omnivores, and will eat whatever they need to in order to survive.
  32. >That includes their very own horses.
  33. >Every day you have to do your best to heal humans, in order to prove your worth keeping around.
  34. >you’re not sure what you will do when you get your heat cycle.
  35. >You’re not even sure how many days you can keep going on.
  36. >You work too hard to think about getting home.
  37. >you just hope that someone misses you enough to bring you back.
