I would want to bring to attention to an issue that has happened to me recently.
After playing nearly 400 hours on 2k20 of almost exclusively pro-am and my park i have gotten banned  for having unrealistic stats and rep.
You can say I am a hardcore 2k player, I've got over 1.200 3v3 pro-am games, I was top of the rep leaderboard and 3v3 pro-am leaderboard sitting at superstar 2 70%.
I've played more than 400 park games, won some events, etc...
I come back from work on wednesday and when i tried to login and I get an error code.
Next thing I know when I press "connect" it's that I've been banned, I was in shock, I haven done anything wrong, first thing I do its to send an email to 2k support about the issue and since I am panicking I try to contact 2k live support... (I will share my whole conversation with you guys below with a link to the conversation).
The first conversation i had with support said there was nothing that could have been done but would make an appeal and send  confirmation email with the appeal.
I never received that email and decided to contact support again and this time got into contact with a person named Miguel.
After an inquiry about the appeal and if anything could be done Miguel said that this was probably a mistake and will contact the dev team to appeal the ban.
He also like the first person said he will send an email in a few minutes to let me know he send the email and everything will be processed etc.
However i never received this again.
Being extremely stressed at this point thinking i will fully lose my account i contacted support again cause i just wanted to know what was going on and got in contact with another person from support.
That person quickly went to their supervisor and i got in contact with Serena a supervisor at live chat support.
She was quickly to say that i was "misinformed" to by miguel so he either is trying his best to get me unbanned, or he is straight up lying to me.
Serena was however having none of it and when i tried to talk to her about the ban she quickly cut me off saying nothing can and will be done cause the ban is final even tho i haven't gotten any evidence on why i was banned or received a proper explanation why.
To me this seems like 2k support is unwilling to help and just bans people for fun it feels like.
I have tried reporting countless of hackers on the game that to this day still roam free without any trouble ruining the game for others, point guards with 110 vertical. 7'3 centers that can shoot midcourt green's and run faster than john wall.
People that are elite rep rank yet cannot even hit a layup cause all they do is boost.
In those conversations i had with the support to report the cheaters i have never received proper support either not wanting to say what i need to fully report those people so they can get banned.
I'm running out of options and don't know what to do anymore, if anyone knows something that can be done please let me know.
And if nothing can be done i can at least bring to light that 2k doesn't care about who gets banned and who doesn't
