The ranking structure ranging from 00-100 builds up a sense of hierarchy without there actually being one set in stone. The system is built so that more experienced, longer serving members with access to superior weaponry are ranked higher than the newly conscripted peers but while they hold these merits to their rank, they do not hold any authority over their peers, and all civil protection functionaries should answer to dispatch first whilst holding their colleges orders as advice and insight from more experienced units.


The exclusion to this is rank leaders, who hold control over assigning sweeps, patrols, and applying orders to units in order to alleviate workload from dispatch.

Dispatch on the other hand takes the ranking as a level of trust, given the memory replacement procedures given to the higher-ranking units.
