@CSGOLounge ShoT_UP: tell steam that you lost your account and its email was changed due to their incompetency in providing a timely and reasonable support service. not to mention this, they changed the email without adequate or correct information that he was the owner. as a result, steam must return your items because the loss of your items was not your fault, but steams lack of professionality in handling cases like this.
