The theme of the Office Decoration contest was Autumn / Fall and I feel that this office (aside from my own) encompasses that theme the best. While many entries did use this wall + floor combination, this one is the best among them.

The color palette is obviously, brown, olive green, beige, and some yellow tones and the furniture choice is quite good for that. the window curtains fit in perfectly while having some extra bright yellow tones to bring some pop to the mostly flat color scheme. The window, wall, and floor together bring a good sense of Harvest Time.

What can one normally associate with Harvest Time? Old timey, simpler life, and what better way to add to that than the classic grandfather clock and rustic looking admiral + secretary desk, whose color palettes are also perfect for this room.

The same can not be said, however, for the book shelf and chair on the right of this room. The towel and blue tones give off a bit more summer than I'd like but I and going to give it a pass due to leaf consistency in tandem with the open windows. Yes. There are leaves in the office and it makes sense because the windows are open, unlike some entries...

All in all, this room is super consistent in sticking to the theme its going for while also actually meeting the theme of Autumn, and it's color scheme is fantastic.
