  35. Once the Reluctant Sniper's hunts are at an end, she can be brought to Polythreme or the Chapel of Lights to upgrade her to a different Officer.

  40. Returning to Khan's Glory allows her to build something novel:

  44. The Dancing Technician, and possibly also the Unflinching Sniper, allow you to acquire a Port Report at Khan's Glory if you have Recent News. This doesn't consume the Recent News and is worth 75 Echoes + Fuel, which is quite a good deal.

  47. Comparative Port Report Rewards

  49. Once you've accrued the Khanate favors to unlock their port reports, you may wish to sell information to whichever side is more interested in paying. Most reports are better-rewarded in London by a substantial margin, even if you aren't receiving Admiralty Favours, unless you want to buy the Khanate ship in Khan's Glory for 80 Khanate Favour. (It's a respectable midgame ship but unimpressive for the time needed.)

  51. Advancing the Pirate-Poet's storyline makes Polythreme able to accept Port Reports. This provides the exact same rewards as the Admiralty, except for the Iron Republic (10E, 1 Fuel, -1 Terror) and 'Recent News' (treated as a report on London).

  53. If you have Zubmariner, Unter-Unterzee reports may be turned in to Low Barnet to advance storyteller, which can be redeemed lucratively at 7. The Khanate and Polythreme are uninterested in these reports and will not buy them.
