- Me USF - Faymonville vs Ostheer
- send the RE to the fuel and set tank trap
- seeing the two commanders osttruppen are on my mind
- riflemen builds sandbag
- second riflemen goes to the point before the center
- I try to push one side of the map like Luvnest suggested
- Fight in the center, osttruppen run for a car for green cover
- REs get trapped in a bad barbed wire job
- Riflemen fight Osttruppen, Riflemen in green cover Osttruppen in yellow cover over in front of the fuel. No real backup plan but I could have used the RE if it was free. I didn't think of this
- MG hops in the center while I am capping the center VP
- I react to slow to flank to death
- pioneer traps the RE, the only solution I could think of is sending the riflemen back to help but it is unlikely that would have worked. I didn't think of that at the time
- Actually I slower then I could have, botched not getting the wipe back
- Walked right back into an MG that I have already seen
- 3 riflemen in green vs 6 osttruppen in yellow on the nothern muni point
- I build a mortar to deal with the building
- the muni fight ends up 2 riflemen vs 3 osttruppen
- reinforcements come and I pop the riflemen into the building to stall for the approaching Captain
- with how slow the Captain is I run around back and this works I then use the wounded squad to back cap
- the captain pushes off the osttruppen
- I stick around to fight the 251 and lose 2 models at that munitions point in the north this is really pointless and a bad mobe
- Riflemen catches an MG setting up in the center tried to circle
- pushes off the MG
- Riflemen and Captain push into the center(leaving the right undefended
- an MG and osttruppen flank from different sides
- Captain flanks MG and the osttruppen is likely going to lose the fight
- I spot a pioneer and a flame 251
- I greedily fight the pioneer to try to steal the MG, sounds crazy saying it now
- Almost clear the MG but I didn't use my Riflemen on the fuel, again forgetting my other units or not pushing with enough cohesion
- 251 runs me down costing me the fuel
- my Captain barely gets out with insane luck
- pushing back right with a lone riflemen
- ambo at 7:30 building(a little slow and definitely floating)
- AAHT hits the field
- almost kills the 251 but it barely gets out
- I chase into the retreat path(aka into the loving arms of the osttruppen)
- I reverse to the base meaning I can't suppress the approaching squads
- I lose my AAHT
- so escapable
- attention lapse cost me a riflemen
- I retreated 2 squads through an smine field since a flame ht pushed me off
- rangers called in with thompsons to push off the pzgrens
- decent mg flank stopped by a flameht once again
- I idled my M1
- Again walking back into somewhere he just had an MG
- Sherman meet Brummbar, Brummbar meet Sherman does a good job pushing off the Brummbar and Pzgrens which helps me hold the fuel and the VP
- Again idling the M1
- Good use of smoke to push to the VP
- lost yet another riflemen
- mines abosolutely wreck on me
- panther shows up and kills my sherman before I can get my jackson and M1 in place
- M1 takes on the Brummbar and kills it while the Jackson distracts the Panther
- Panther kills the Jackson(bad play on my part)
- and the M1 finishes off the Panther
- Good MG placement on my part to protect retreating squads from a blob
- M1 kills the 251 in good positioning
- There is now no armor on the field
- I really didn't have the infantry to hold on and even though I could have built a Sherman or Jackson and rely on my hero M1 I felt my position was too bad to do so
- the parts I would like to see myself improve is general cohesion and use of munitions. I could have gotten bars or grabbed more then the one mine I placed. Which is not bad for me in general. Improving AAHT micro could have gone a long way but I could also work on better ambo timing
