A young, perhaps somewhat snobby, gentleman who pretends to be french aristocracy. He's done his utmost to deny the french revolution where, you know, a bunch of aristocrats were beheaded. He also tries really hard to embrace the culturally refined aura that he thinks french aristocrats should be surrounded by, by dressing up like an absolute tool and claiming to be fashionable. Granted, dark lipstick does suit him but the whole fur cape and princely outfit is a bit over the top.

He really does speak perfect english but uses french words sometimes anyways just because he thinks it's refined and cool. Everything he does is done because he thinks it's refined and cool. If it's not refined and cool it's not something Apple wants anything to do with.
He thinks he's smart and polite and refined and just you know, perfect. But he's really just a huge nerd who doesn't know when to shut up and has a tendency to be really patronizing.

As such a well-travelled young man he of course has to carry with him a suitcase at all times, in this suitcase of wonders he carries his lifetime supply of lipstick and other necesarry supplies (including clean underwear, you never know when you need it).  Although he will never ever let anyone else look inside it. Probably because he doesn't want anyone to see his adorable bunny boxers (they even have a fluffy tail).
