Note: As a base for this project, I started off with all the files from the google drive link above except the nudugi_replacer.
I used the nudugi_replacer.zip linked by the user JPtranslater on the tullius thread since it had less broken NPCs.
I disabled AR_Supplement and AR_for_B&B_Override during the installation process for his nudugi_replacer.
I removed Tull&K, Donyaakin, and the "Synthesis-Ai overhaul patch.esp".
I deleted several broken NPCS from ToyomiCat_Supplement.esp.


[ESP FILE CHANGES]
Synthesis-Ai overhaul patch.esp - Reason for deletion: Missing masters Cutting Room Floor.esp, AI Overhaul.esp, Modpocalypse NPCs (v3) SSE.esp, PAN_NPCs.esp, PAN_NPCs_Males2.esp, PAN_NPCs_DB.esp, PAN_NPCs_DG.esp, SPTConsistentOlderPeopleSE.esp, Males of Skyrim.esp, TKAA.esp, JK's The Winking Skeever.esp, B&B_Mixed.esp
Al Dimitrescu_Follower.esp - Reason for deletion: Missing masters EnhancedCharacterEdit.esp, CharacterMakingExtender.esp. It requires ECE (Enhanced Character Edit) which is incompatible with Racemenu, it adds magic effect scripts, and gives Grelod (BasedID 0001335E) the appearance of a vampire.
Donyaakin.esp - Reason for deletion: Gives the child NPCs adult bodies. This child replacer is optional so it's not needed.
AR_Supplement.esp - Reason for deletion: all of the NPCs were broken or already had a replacer in NPC_RETEXUTRE_JH.esp.
AR_for_B&B_Override.esp - Reason for deletion: all of the NPCs already had a better replacer in NPC_RETEXUTRE_JH.esp. You can try adding this mod back if you prefer the way they look (might have to be translated in xedit).
ToyomiCat_Supplement.esp - Translated NPC names to English. Deleted several NPC records that already had replacers. Deleted all but Colette Marence, Eisa Blackthorn, and Yrsa.

Note: Most of the NPCs wihtout replacers are grandmas. Perhaps Kalilies, Bijin, or Pandorable has replacers for them.
Asta, Hjordis, Rakel, Merilar, and Rhiada all had changes in the ToyomiCat_Supplement.esp but they were broken so I removed them; will try to find a fix for them.
Some of the nameless Sovngarde NPCs had changes in Dimitrescu_Follower.esp but that file was removed, see above for why.

Note: If you encounter any NPCs with purple textures (missing) you can use the tools above to track it down.
I've encountered bugs where I entered a room and it was all black or glitching, this was due to a broken NPC which I fixed by removing them.
I've fixed most of them, but if you you encounter this, use the console (mousewheel scroll) to find the broken NPC, then use EasyNPC to see which mod (.esp file) is making changes to said NPC.
Then remove the NPC by deleting their mesh: `/meshes/actors/character/facegendata/facegeom/[BaseID].nif`
and their facetint texture: `/textures/actors/character/facegendata/facetint/[BaseID].dds`.
Lastly, open the esp file in xedit and delete their record from "Non-Player Character (Actor)" and press CTR+S to save.
I have not encountered any blackface NPCs, if you get this it's probably from another NPC replacer conflicting with this one.


[NPC UPDATE NOTES]
Evette San (BaseID 00013273) - Was not rendering properly. I deleted her NPC record from ToyomiCat_Supplement.esp and removed her facegeom mesh (00013273.nif) and facetint texture (00013273.dds) from /nudugi_replacer/. Now she's using the visual changes from NPC_RETEXUTRE_JH.esp.
Merilar Rendas (BaseID XX01CAA8) - Was not rendering properly. I deleted her NPC record from ToyomiCat_Supplement.esp and removed her *01CAA8.nif and *01CAA8.dds from the /nudugi_replacer/ folder.
Rhiada (BaseID 000133B4) - Was not rendering properly. I deleted her NPC record from ToyomiCat_Supplement.esp and removed her facegeom mesh (000133B4.nif) and facetint texture (000133B4.dds) from /nudugi_replacer/.
Freir (BaseID 00013277) - Was not rendering properly. I deleted her NPC record from AR_Supplement.esp and removed her facegeom mesh (00013277.nif) and facetint texture (00013277.dds) from /nudugi_replacer/. Now she's using the visual changes from NPC_RETEXUTRE_JH.esp.
Hilund (BaseID 0401A515) - Was missing texture `/textures/character/eyes/humaneyes3.dds`. Fixed by installing: The Eyes of Beauty Player.
Lami (BaseID 000135EF) - Was missing: `/textures/xsummer/s4 hair/wing 818m.dds` and `/textures/ks hairdo's/hdt/hairline/hairline01.dds`. Fixed by installed Tullius Hair Pack.
Kala (BaseID 0001361D) - Was missing: `/textures/kala/eyes/46_light grey (vanilla-esque).dds`. Fixed by installing Tullius Eyes Pack.
Seren (BaseID 0001361F) - Was missing: `/textures/oaristys/eyes/human09.dds`. Fixed by installing Tullius Eyes Pack.
Fianna (BaseID 000D16DD) - Was missing: `/textures/actors/character/enchanced/femalebrows/femalebrow_02.dds` and `/textures/actors/character/eyes/eyeocean.dds`. Fixed by installing: Enhanced Character Edit (ONLY TEXTURE FOLDER) and Eyes of Beauty SSE.
Rigel Strong-Arm (BaseID 0001B0DE) - Was missing: `/textures/actors/xsummer/s4 hair/tori.dds` and `/textures/actors/character/enchanced/femalebrows/femalebrow_05.dds` . Fixed by installing: Enhanced Character Edit (ONLY TEXTURE FOLDER) and Tullius Hair Pack 2.0.
Haran (BaseID 0001C184) - Was missing: `/textures/actors/character/V6/B614.dds`, `/textures/ks cazy hair/sorrow.dds`, and `/textures/ks hairdo's/hdt/hairline/hairline01.dds`. Fixed by installing: Tullius Eyes Pack and Tullius Hair Pack.
Niluva (BaseID 0001336E) - Was missing: `/textures/actors/character/SGeyes/sgeyes43.dds`. Fixed by installing: Tullius Eyes Pack.
Voada (BaseID 000133C0) - Was missing: `/textures/actors/character/SGeyes/sgeyes34.dds`. Fixed by installing: Tullius Eyes Pack.
