  53.
  54. Instructors are required to conduct themselves in a manner that is a credit to themselves, ASL and the sponsors. Instructors will refrain from any obscene language, actions that violate TOS, including intolerance, and any other activities that would be considered unprofessional. Instructor dress must be in conformance with PG guidelines.
  55.
  56. Instructors are forbidden to offer any enticements to students to give the instructor better scores. Any form of fraud, including filing out evaluations by the instructor instead of the student, padding class evals with alts or friends who are not legitimately attending classes or any other creative method used to artificially increase the number of students or improve the final score will be considered willful fraud and may result in non-payment for the class in question, expulsion from the ASL list of approved instructors and/or legal action for fraud from ASL, ASL sponsors and/or Linden Lab. All instances of accusations will be fully investigated and instructors will be given the opportunity to explain their actions. Instructors are advised it is best to even avoid the impression of impropriety. Decisions by ASL management and sponsors regarding fraudulent activities are final.
