The Run Down of my situation with Swifte from Fox to TSM

Just going to put some screenshots for evidence while trying to give context from what I can remember of the situation. Earlier parts of the conversation happened in a phone call with my manager at the time, Jake, or was through the messenger on Workplace/Facebook and are gone. I think from these images, it should be enough to clear up what happened. I suck at formatting things like this so good luck.

Talked to Jake after he had his phone call confronting Swifte, he said to contact him and check to see what's up. Swifte apologizes and promises to pay back.

One month later, I contact him on the promised day about paying me back and he just ends up deleting his twitter shortly after. Thankfully, I screenshotted the conversation that he tried to delete and now it looks like I'm talking to myself.

Dodged again for another month so I was pretty triggered but since I was being nice at the time I let him have another month. (Big mistake btw)

During this time, I was busy scrimming with my current team at the time TSMA so I would have to leave most things to Jake. He told me to contact Parth and have to talk to GM to see if they could do anything about it since he was just casually streaming on Twitch under the org Knights at the time. The GM of Knights at the time was informed and he had to apologize for the situation again.

Updated with Jake to relay information that both sides were clear what's going on. Had a phone call with Jake to let me know what the GM of Knights, Leonyx, had agreed to and was aware of his actions.

Terms were made and agreed on with Swifte, Knights and myself on the situation. If he couldn't pay for it, Knights were to agree to pay for the balance.

One month later, the GM contacts him on skype and didn't get a response. He went to his stream and ended up getting banned by him XD.

Proof that he never ended up paying me back or apologizing for everything he did and tried to avoid. Also proof that the org paid for him.

Interesting that he has to lie on his post saying he didn't steal and that I'm essentially a liar. Still extremely thankful for both Jake and Leonyx for the clarity, speed and patience with the whole situation.
