Context about Savnith and IP collecting

Savnith had a website in early April 2017 called "savcode.net" that had a dedicated page containing a "shitlist" of sorts, listing both a username and a last known IP address. Rex (then known as BanterousSor) had discovered this while apparently in a call with him and proceeded to make a thread in Admin Security warning everyone about the shit list. At the time people mostly dismissed it because there were many ways to get a person's IP address and IP addresses are also public.

This was one of many hints that Savnith intended to build a espionage network and had sinister plans with these IP addresses.
