Greetings. Kyrian Hayes is avoiding me for some reason while he was in the forest. Apparently he's heading from Frostvale to Danarium and I caught him in the middle, yet he refuses to rp with me unless he's in Danarium. Is this allowed?

Nope, apparently he's ICly traveling from FV to Danarium but refuses to rp with me when I catch him in the middle.
