Lucas dies from the diggers. creepers are in a cold war. they get the bomb

Novel: a novel is a book, it's long. can't read in one sitting unless you're weird. short stories you're expected to read in one sitting. expectation you'll leave it off instead of reading all in one go.

Fiction: can speak with CERTAINTY about things, which nonfiction can't.

Story: novel tells a STORY. have to explain while telling the story.
