As you've likely been made aware, I have plans and a d-esire to attempt a liberation of Ossus and the formation of a new Jedi order on the system.  I'm hoping to be able to create an order to improve the quality of RP throughout the community by acting as a rolemodel to Jedi characters.  My desire is that if we can make an accurate and effective system for training, we can raise a new generation of Jedi that are stronger characters and can RP better than a lot of the "cardboard" characters I've been seeing lately.

The plan for Ossus is to be a multi-stage invasion with the basis of a preemptive strike against Byss as it is preparing for war in an effort to get the sith to step back and replan, giving us time to prepare proper counteroffensives against them.  To initiate the planning process, we'll be doing some scouting of the area and system to see what we are facing in terms of planetary and aerial defenses.  The actual battles will be relying on NPC combat for space battles (Xzhar is in command a fleet which is already remobilizing after his escape), Some NPC soldiers, and any Jedi and Mercenaries I can gather ICly.  Once a beachead is made, I plan on doing a big speech in an attempt to rally the people of Ossus (I'm assuming they exist as NPC's here) against the sith to rise against them in hope of freedom under the Jedi.

As for the actual order, it will be based on an intensive training system (with some concepts from DLotS, if you'll allow it (For initiate training, the waiting systems, and the like)), and emphasizing good, realistic RP, which is awarded.  Promotions would be based on abilities, not a checklist, to ensure that every leader within the order is ultimately the best fit.

While I realize right now that my reach with this is rather short, I'm hoping to help both of our groups.  It has the potential to create good RP for Ossus, while also creating, as I mentioned, a new generation of Jedi characters providing good, motivational RP that, I'm hoping, can spur a new growth and respect for the SWRP community.

I would love to discuss any of this further with you, as I'm very optimistic something can be hammered out to benefit both our peoples.  I would ask, though, that these negotiations remain between us.  I want to get all of my ducks in a row before something falls through here and I end up with nothing.  I'm sure you can understand.
