Personality: Henry is a true angel from heaven. He’s helpful, kind, smart, and the child that every mom wants. He loves to give gifts to his fans and make them happy by doing fanservice. He is helpful to the leader and is caring towards his other members. He is very lazy, even though he’s energetic on stage, he tends to fall asleep at the randomest times and is hard to wake up in the morning. He won’t get up from the couch or his bed for shit, unless you have food or they have schedule. He love love loves food. When he sees food he goes crazy. He likes to eat pizza and french toast (not together obviously lol). He is a teaser and loves to play with his members. His favorite things to do are call them by their cute nicknames and back hug them. Henry is a very nervous person. He works really hard to get a dance correct, but when he goes to the stage to perform he becomes a worried mess. He feels that he has to work extra hard because he knows he’ll mess up if he doesn’t. He is a fit-minded person. He loves to exercise and go to the gym when he’s bored.  He likes to show skinship on stage, but that’s it. He is also a style freak. He must have the outfit that he wants to wear or he won’t wear it. He has the best airport style and his casual wear is stylish. He likes to dye his hair different colors. Henry has a bit of an anger problem. When people get him mad he’ll get aggressive. His loud, happy toned voice will change to a roar. He used to go to therapy but when he joined Destiny he had to stop going. He tries to control it but when he gets pissed, he’s pissed.

Background: Henry was born in Canada to a Canadian mother and a Korean father. He was homeschooled from kindergarten to 5th grade because his father didn’t want his only son to be involved in student affairs. He just wanted Henry to learn in the morning and study the rest of the day. At age 10, Henry changed. When his mother was done teaching him the lessons (That included learning the Korean language, science, math, history, and language arts) he would be instructed to his bedroom and the door would be shut behind him. His parents would not bother him the rest of the day. Henry took advantage of that and did what he wanted. Everyday, after his parents footsteps faded down the stairs, he would grab his IPod and headphones and put on some music. Then, he would dance and sing to his heart’s content, but not too loud or his parents would hear. That’s where his love for music and singing begin. After he finished 5th grade and it was ‘summer’ for Henry he asked his parents if he could take singing and dancing lessons. His father denied and told him that the whole summer he is to study. But, his mother was persistent, she wanted Henry to go out and do what he likes. So, his parents made an agreement. Since his dad wanted to move back to his home country of South Korea, his mom agreed that they could move there if he allows Henry to take singing and dancing classes. His dad was hesitant, but accepted. After a year of looking for a house in Korea, Henry and his family moved to a small house in Jeju-do. Henry started attending a private performing arts school and took singing, dancing, and acting classes as well as the core subjects. After one year of school he was scouted for an entertainment company and became a trainee.
