I was wondering what add-on/program you used to automatically update your calendar in real-time using information from Google Sheets

Currently Im using proprietary software on Google Script Apps to do what I am doing; but I believe you can use an older version of formMule to do the same task.
formMule is an "add-on" but current versions do not support calendar merging, thus the older version is needed.
Other alternatives include using Zapier to take the google form data to parse it into the calendar. I at first used formMule + Zapier to do the calendar and then posting onto Discord but I have since abandoned it as Zapier is limited to 100 events per month and when paired between the Military Academy and main division we sometimes were exceeding it.

So there is one portion of the system that is near vital that I cannot do on my own so they'd have to set it up; that is the password management. I have mine based around the FEAR Officer Spreadsheet which UCR doesnt exactly have.(edited)

Sorry bad explaining it;
In the past we used to simply have 1 password for all the officers to log events on
This is bad because when some resign or one person abuses it there is no way of seeing who did it
Now they all have individual passwords and their names are cross referenced against their rank in the group, so if they are demoted they are no longer on the approved individual list
That latter bit is where the roblox.js comes in as you have to see the players at x rank

Yeah with Google Forms you can do Regular Expression > Matches > (password1|password2|password3)
and it'll accept multiple answers

We've always just had it so that everyone's passwords had a unique word and then the common word to let them continue to fill out the sheet

Okay, one thing about this is that you will only be able to use the timezone of the calendar; you will not be able to offer alternative timezones for people like the FEAR version

The Google Form outline is set up and working, you can edit the events in the spreadsheet however I find it a lot easier simply to just do it in the calendar.google.com interface

So what you guys have to do from here is wrap up that password system;
finalize what events you want to be able to be reserved and what default locations (edit multiple choice)
and then finalize your way of displaying these reservations to your discord server
