Walkthrough

Step 1: Walk to the right until you get talk
Step 2: Use talk to speak with the seals that control the elevators to get through the first forest screen and the second forest screen, keep walking right and you'll get attack
Step 3: Equip talk then attack, and talk to the first mole to ride the first elevator, then break the boxes with the sword, talk to the next mole, then when you fall through the hole go left, then kill enemy 1, talk to enemy 2 and walk through them, then kill enemy 3. Grab jump and head through the portal.
Step 4: Grab jump, then talk. Leave attack behind you won't need it this run. Skip the first mole elevator and jump onto the platform near the end of the screen. Talk to the next mole and ride the elevator. Jump over the hole you've been falling in, and talk to the sloth in midair. If you miss the first chance, you should still have another jump and talk leftover so go ahead and jump on top of the higher land platform above the door, walk to the edge and talk to the sloth from there. Grab poke and enter the portal.
Step 5: Grab poke, then jump, then attack and head left in the forest this time. Poke the ledge guy in the face and then jump over him. Head on to the next screen. Attack the boxes, and poke the lever, then jump up and break the boxes behind the door. Grab dash and head through the portal before time runs out.
Step 6: Grab poke, jump, dash, attack. Use the elevator in the starting area, then jump-dash to the left, attack the boxes, poke the next elevator, jump into the attic room and get tickle.
Step 7: Grab dash, then tickle. Fall through the hole in your house and hold left and immediately dash when the screen changes to the forest. You should land on top of a higher platform. Head left to the next screen and then walk up to the dragon's face and tickle and you're done!
