Gentlemen,

On behalf of DT Leadership and myself, I must say our official debut as a corp has been most impressive. Be proud. Being the sole USTZ corp of DT and such a small core unit doing many things, from wormholes, income, lowsec fighting, ganking and everything inbetween, we've done exceptionally well and set the bar high. Our first month we registered 212 kills and netted over 20 billion ISK in revenue. Had we put in even more effort we may have been able to double that. It's been one hell of a debut and we must use this momentum to carry us into this next month and beyond. Speaking of accomplishments, we have created a new decoration/medal. Our first "official" medal is the "Bronze Sword of Carnage". This medal will be awarded every month to whomever registers the most kills. For May, we've awarded the medal to Evro. Moving forward, in order to receive this medal, you must have a minimum of 75 kills and register the MOST kills for SCHD for the month. Whomever accomplishes this feat, will be awarded the Bronze Sword of Carnage and recieve 150 million ISK. In time we will add a few more medals and rewards for individual and group accomplishments. Likely one for most ISK destroyed or efficency and solo kills. But hats off to Evro for fucking some people up.

This month, we are unveiling two programs available to brothers of SCHD.

First, we are creating an administrative position that focuses solely on recruiting and getting our brand out there. Basically whomever applies and is selected for this position of Personnel Officer, will be the liason of getting with people, talking about SCHD, making sure that they will be a good fit and get the right API to Rich, Evro or I(it will be an out of game mail). You will work hands on with people and sell them on SCHD and the task of growing and developing the corp. Are they up to the task? We will go over minimum requirements, expectations and how we gauge performance. Because this is an administrative role, there will be compensation for doing corp administrative things. If intrested submit an app, why you think you can do this and how much time a month you can dedicate to solely doing recruiting. We will also be enlisting a corp FC that will be a paid position. Now why do we pay for these positions unlike other corps? Because we want people to focus a portion of their Eve playtime to that job function. So say you make 15 million ISK an hour ratting, well if we pay you 300 million ISK, then that is 20 hours you don't have to worry about supplimenting income. We in SCHD do not believe in acquiring wealth just to have it. We believe our poorest players should be able to fly a blinged out Proteus.

Second is the SCHD Investment Program(SIP). Unlike other corps, we do believe in rewarding those who contribute to our success. SCHD currently holds roughly 150 billion ISK in investments and we are looking to expand that. The SIP essentially uses the funds you contribute to invest into corporate assets. The way it works is much like a loan, however, it rolls you into profit sharing. Until we roll out an SRP program and a few others, 60% of our revenue goes back to paying back loans. Whatever your contribution is, the percentage of total debt it becomes, you get that percentage back each month. So say you loan 10 billion ISK to the corp. Say our total debt is 100 billion. Your loan is 10% of SCHD's total debt. So say we earn 20 billion this month like we did last month. Since 60% of our current revenue goes towards debt repayment, that means 12 billion goes to loan payments. You get 10% of the loan payment which would be 1.2 billion ISK. This would happen every month until you are paid off. Now the way Rich and I has ever ran things, we follow the 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 formula (we will discuss this later once we expand into departments). Once all our liabilities is mostly paid off, our profit sharing program rolls out. 1/3 of the total profit would be distributed among original investors. It just depends on how much "ownership" your loans has contributed to the corp. Then you would get that percentage of the 1/3 of profits. Rich and I are the only people who have offered this program in any organization we have ran and it's been successful. Everything you contribute goes towards acquiring corporate "assets", so the money will go towards money making ventures for the corp and assets that have weight, like BPO's. To be clear, we are not looking to squeeze your last 10 million ISK to "save the corp". We have substancial wealth, we are not broke. This is just to expand on corp wealth and offers something to those who are sitting on subsancial wealth. So if you're a tight son-of-a-bitch and have 50 billion ISK that you will never spend, invest in the corp and something greater than you. If you are unsure, I believe Findrahis and Evro can affirm that we stick by our brothers as we expect from them. They've hit hard times and we have no problem assisting with what we can within reason.

Last order of business, we do have an Armada of Catalysts and mods sitting in Villore VII - Moon 8 - Quafe Company Factory so if anyone is interested in a gank op, we can run one out of there as we plenty of ships to get the job done. I think we just need the blasters, we have everything else. So if anyone wants to run an op or practice ganking some fucking carebears, Villore is the place to go.

All in all, great month. Couldn't have went any better. We set up a POS in Hisec and in a wormhole, Fin has rocked it out there, give him some love too as one survived a wardec and the other survived with just one brother or two guarding it. Half the crew, twice the production is our motto! This is something we have done. We have killed more and attained more wealth than corps 3 times our size. Be proud of what we accomplished in this short time frame. Diligence and patience, great things shall come!
