I have an hosting vps with 100gb SSD, but my hosting is full with backup, I have configured the backup with AWS that take 2 times backup in a week and one time at weekend, but the my system also saved the same backup in my vps storage,

You need to upgrade vps plans. Even to perform a Remote backup you need enough free space. for tmpDSK contact your provider.
