Everyone is here to have fun and do their own thing please be respectful and no begging.
RULE on road building: we don't allow any off-deed roads without kitty pre-approval, and we issue either a temporary or permanent ban if they do.please send a support if you want to build near the other player deed
1.All servers are PVE. Griefing and harassment are not allowed.
2.Players are responsible for securing their stuff. Everything not properly secured is considered free game.
3.If you find a bug – report it, don’t abuse it.
4.All client mods are allowed as long as they aren’t actively disruptive to the community or the server itself.
5.If a deed mayor has not logged on for 30 days or greater, there deed can and will be disbanded without warning due to inactivity. Tell management if planned hiatus will take longer than this, we will give a grace period.
6.Maximum deed size is 121x121 with a maximum of 4 guards only
The only Real rule that I care about:  If you get upset with someone and you decide to argue with them, Take it private! DO NOT AIR YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY IN PUBLIC!  If there is a serious concern than allow the GM's to handle it.
7.No land-bridges that block waterways, please.
8.Clean up after yourself when you are not on your own deed. This includes dirt piles, logs, corpses, rocks, butchered items, crafted items, etc.
9.POLITICS, RELIGION, EXCLUSION:
Please don’t discuss politics or religion in the public chats, including Science if you are making a religion of it (i.e. stating it as an alternative to religion, rather than just commenting on cool scientific facts and/or speculation).Anything that divides or excludes people, or suggests that “obviously” any intelligent person would agree, creates drama and is not okay here
10.Building from old deed can be transfer to new owner on this condition ie 1:either with previous owner permission 2:the owner have not log in for more then 90 days.
11.Road building is not allow within 15 tile near the deed unless the owner allow or at the GM desecration

TELEPORT:Buy a teleporter wand to port to your friend or any deeds if the owner allow you to go there,or BUY and MARK with a farwalker stone(for mine) or farwalker twig (for trees) to return back to the spot where you want to go back again.
Walking speed: Buy a farwalker amulet for it but it will last for a few sec only.
PRAYER: Go to the white light and get your religion, get your faith to 30 and right click the altar to get your faith to 100.All priests have no spell restriction.
GAIN FAVOR:  Get a stone chisel +rock shard=religious fragment or RF for short QL of RF is more or less QL of your RF.
CHANNELING: Make a lot of RF and caste bless on yourself for 2 hr real life time to get to 80 skill  and it also raise your masonry skill
SPELL: Gift of water –make a well or fountain at any location and caste the spell.
Summon construction –check your spell and see what construction item you can summon
Pocket Preacher: a mini altar weight 5kg in which you can have it in your inventory. you can either find them in treasure map hunting or make it on your own but you require QL90 in jewel and metallurgy skill. Check on your crafting menu search
ADAMANTINE INFUSER: Each Adamantine infuser cost 100 gold to make them. It will make your tools, weapon and Armour indestructible USE WITH CARE!

New white R=254G=250B=254 looks great on marble but not so nice on render wall
Granite wand:It cant be create but you can buy them for 5 silver Need to be charge before use.This wand can create sprouts from trees, piles of ore from veins, and make fields instantly ready to harvest (weeds included) and changes your armor color black,red,green,blue and white.
