- The dragon lumbered up to his feet, where Robin could see its full stature. The thing was maybe 8 feet tall from toe to tip, probably 8 and a half feet if it ever stood up straight. From the front, the draconic influence in its lineage was more apparent. It had the shell of a turtle, but the body of lizard, tanky and stout, with razor sharp talons lining each digit of its hands and feet. It had the maw of a lion, filled with fangs designed only for tearing meat. It had the horns of a bull, which stood straight and proud, framing its crimson hair. And it had the intelligent eyes of a man, which scanned its surroundings for a moment before focusing in on his pile of food.
