Perdita, Witch of Depths
Status: Defeated, two engagements
Card: [Witch of the depths, with a detached nature. She is looking for the best thing, and mercilessly destroying those that don't hold up to her standards.There are those that she had destroyed accidentally, since she's a ditz who shouldn't be allowed to touch anything, and then said they weren't that good anyway. In her own world, though, it's actually true.]

Familiar: Sebastian
[A guard dog, her only friend. Also a playmate, in whose presence she can stop being serious. A Will-O-Wisp for others, but without his guiding light, she wouldn't be able to see anything. He's become kind of blinding, since her eyes got used to the underground.]

[Umika]: I am really curious about this one. Shame that the file is so severe. Did anybody know her?
[R]: She was kind of a hipster chick,but that doesn't get a lot more obvious. Seemed like a nice enough girl, sometimes whiny, and horrible at even Vanus work. Stopped coming to work two weeks or so before you came. No idea what happened.
[Umika]: Could she have taken Love Potion to become less bad? It would explain why the Witch was so strong.
[R]: Maybe. Warmaster's Aide doses it out, so she would know.

Barbara, Witch of Retribution
Status: Defeated, seven engagements, 42 documented victims, 14 Magical Girls.
Card: [A Witch who only wishes to rest, with a tired nature. But, as the storm moves with her, she cannot escape the ruckus. So, she destroys all resting places out of spite. Maybe she should have just sat down in the rain.]

Familiar: Hassan
[An image of a honorable gentleman, holding seat for a lady. Only really useful in time of peace. In the end, he always only thinks of himself. They are strong when they fight in her name, but limp in Barbara's pressing presence.]

[Jarmila]: Note that the lightning bolts weren't really magical. Could I get a bit of a background on this one?
[Kavka]: I hear being kebab in Poland is pretty tough. She was strong, but went to the psychologist regularly. One of us. To a psychologist. How does that work? What did she tell him?



Liliana, Witch of Escapism
Status: Active Alpha. 69 documented engagements, 314 documented Magical Girl victims, unknown amount of civilians victims and collateral damage.
Card: [Witch of Escapism, with an immature nature. Even the act of facing her foes is running away from her immature nature that wants to run away. Attack and defense have become one, and she can't tell the hunter from the hunted anymore. To run away completely is to refuse every choice.]
Famillar: Orlík
[They may be there just for the show, but that's how they give it meaning. It would be meaningless if nobody saw it.]

Engagements: 61 reported ones. Possibly more, held responsible for at least three unrelated squads of girls from different Officios suddenly going MIA on the sea. Still active, always on the move.
Barrier: It simply consists of sea surface with oversized walnut shells. In her first appearance, she had completely flooded the place with seawater, which remained even after she was long gone. On land, her barrier can only be entered through a water source in the area, which is generally dangerous and not advisable, since you would pop up under the surface. The water is filled with various rusty junk. It also seems, that deep below, on the bottom of the sea, there is pool floor. Strangely enough, that is all, there is nothing such as a Labyrinth. This, in practice, means that Liliana will immediatelly attack anyone who enters her Barrier within seconds.
There are no sightings of her Familiars anywhere outside the barrier, and they don't seem to attempt giving witch kisses to anyone. Liliana doesn’t seem to really use them for anything, try to feed them, or even acknowledge their existence at all. They aren’t agressive, either. As a band, they are apparently attempting to play Led Zeppelin’s Moby Dick.

In combat, she is often described as incredibly fast for her size, and extremely tough. Despite that, she had been beaten, wounded, and chased away in the past, but always at great costs. Engaging her with any sort of power is definitely not recommended, unless you know precisely what you are doing. Tactics that made it even possible were mainly flying, great land speed, and teleportation, but they can’t win the battle alone.
In the past, there were periods when scrying on Liliana wouldonly reveal cold, empty space, suggesting she has left Earth. But she always comes back.


Notes
- The first fact that must be understood is that Liliana is in no way a part of the Witchmaker project. Kamile did not Witch out under the effects of Love Potion, and was intended to be a Warmaster in the proper sense.
- Accquiring Liliana's Witch Core is the imperative that all our other current efforts are subservient to. If you are devising a new spell, consider how it could help against Liliana. If we are recruting new crew, it's so we can eventually be strong enough to hunt Liliana down, once and for all.
- Liliana's classification rank is A

[PV]: The reason for her power is subject to discussion. I have to conclude that it's because she was just that angry at the time.
[R]:  Kamile's wish was "to be a kid forever". It's generally agreed that this must have impacted not only her body, which didn't age, but also her psyche. It's not a scretch to think that it may have also impacted her Soul Gem itself, somehow.
[Kavka]: Note the lack of magical girl - like familiars. Would be good to compare the backgrounds of alphas that have them with the ones that don't. Should help us eventually figure the reasons for their presence.
[Umika]: Kamile Ignalina was a specialist in enchantment of tissue, capable of great athletic feats. I think that Liliana's ferocity in combat, and more notably, her toughness, are tied to this.
