Appearance: has the common brown fur and white kneck ruffle of a normal eevee as well as
the brown and white tipped tail the only main differences being she has only half of her
right ear and also bears a few scratches and scars along her body, She also has black eyes yet
a faint bit of the original white surrounds could be seen by a keen eye.

Personality: is quite shy and rather skittish towards new people... unless they have excessive
fur, feathers or anything fluffy looking really where she will end up hugging him / her almost
instantly and without warning, she is however easily downhearted... a slight mistake will make
her seek the nearest darkened area and hide if or until someone or thing lures her back out.

Background: Used to have a normal life in the Unova region until Team Plasma attempted to
'Liberate' her from her owner where a severe battle erupted between one of the admins of
Plasma and her trainer where a misdirected move that was intended for a Steelix struck
her while she was fainted, causing enough damage to sadly kill her... her trainer buried her
in a very common place where all loved and cherished pokemon lay... Lavender Town. But She
was not ready to go, her bond was so strong with her trainer that she partially came back to
life.. yet her curse it seems was that her trainer was not able to communicate or see her...
no matter how hard she tried, so eventually she attempted to interact with others to no
aveil, and now she roams the overworld... seeking only someone to call a friend.

Ability: Emotional Drain; Upon a succesful attack against her she is able to maintain a link
of sorts with the attacker(s) and cause them to feel intense emotions of her choosing often
leading to them running or begging her to stop.... However this ability may also be used in...
'other' situations if she chooses and also if said situation should ever arise..

A dark shadow like chain will arise from her tail and latch on to the target preventing them
from escaping, may also cause paralysis if succesful.

A almost translucent shard of Ice will appear above the target and smash down upon them,
this may also cause the target to flinch.

Empty Eyes; Accuracy 95% Damage 0
She will give a empty, emotionless stare at the target drasticly lowering there defense and
attack, may also make the target unable to use Items for 10 turns.
