Terms of Service for eSCProtector

[Main Rules That A Buyer Must Accept]

1. Acceptance of TOS

 By accepting this TOS you are agreeing to the following declarations any failure to abide by these set declarations will result in termination of service and possible legal action.

2. Intellectual Property

The contents of eSCProtector are the unique Intellectual Property of xCocaine any attempt to copy, replicate or crack or any other unauthorized use of the Intellectual Property Is immediate grounds for termination and possible legal action towards the responsible party prosecuted to the best ability of the courts of Italy .

3. License

Your license for eSCProtector is the sole  property of xCocaine
 and  extended to your use at any point xCocaine has rights and grounds to terminate the license and revoke all copies and licences in your possession of eSCProtector .

4. Responsibility of xCocaine

xCocaine may provide technical support for basic operation of eSCProtector this may cease at any time without prior notification to the user. xCocaine is not responsible for the use or misuse of eSCProtector . All violations of the legal system of Italy concerning eSCProtector may be directly emailed to xCocaine at HackFox .xCocaine has the right to refuse sales to any single user or group of users when he/she sees fit.

 5. Warranty

xCocaine is not responsible for a warranty of eSCProtector . If eSCProtector fails to execute properly due to a client side error or similar disruption, then xCocaine has the right to refuse technical support as explained in section 4 of the terms of service for eSCProtector . If a server side error or similar disruption prevents execution then xCocaine has the right to delay the release or update of eSCProtector until set execution error is solved.

 6. Participation in Promotions

From time to time Promotions may or may not be instated on eSCProtector these promotions are the sole responsibility of xCocaine and shall adhere to the rules and regulations that xCocaine sets at time of promotion in-statement. Promotions are void where prohibited and only valid during the set time periods that xCocaine instates at in-statement of the promotion. xCocaine has the right to refuse promotions to any single user or group of users when he/she sees fit.

 7. Security and Passwords

Maintaining user credentials not limited to User-name,Password,CPUID,HWID,MAC address or any other information xCocaine deems unique or private are the sole responsibility of the licence holder to keep secure, any deliberate attempts to divulge set information is grounds for immediate licence termination and falls under an attempt to crack or leak the program and are there for in violation of the TOS of eSCProtector .
