  1. -Balloons have a chance to spawn every 0 and 5 minute on the clock
  2. -If no balloon spawns for 15 minutes after your previous one, then the 4th check will be a guarantee spawn
  3. -Balloons will spawn on the opposite side of where your pier is located during the day, and reverse to your pier location during the night
  4. -Balloons will prioritize giving you seasonal DIY recipes over normal DIYs if there's a seasonal event running
  5. -If any seasonal balloons like bunny day spawn, you can ignore them they don't affect any of these stats
  6. ~Unconfirmed but possible is that daily reset also resets the balloon drops so you get better droprates of furniture/DIY

  8. -All balloons can drop DIY/furniture but are heavily weighted depending on color
